KRISPY on the other hand was calling for further explanation of the strange 194 day rhythm and she has since referred us to Hoagland, where the two are linked, as he originally pinpointed this with his 'face on Mars' graphics.

Last night I had a thought about this 19.47
and came to the conclusion that it has to be part of The Golden Mean, and therefore part of how the Universe [as we experience it] is fractally constructed.
It expresses in the micro and in the macro and every where in between.

Personally I dont believe that Hoagland is the origional discoverer of 19.45, but he is indeed a person who has brought it into the popular mainstream consciousness.

Nassim Haramein [amongst others] has pointed out [with many of his theories] that the Golden Mean and the tetrahedron (6 pointed star) is a basic in quantum, in sacred geometry, ancient architecture, in space geometry, and so on ...
We will find it back in many old cultures like the Chinese, Mayan, Egyptian, etc ...

People like Nassim and Richard make us aware of the fractal presence we are all part of, of the harmonics and equilibriums, ...

PS: Also YOU Pre/Per [in this thread] have contributed in our understanding about fractals. Thank you for your help.

Pre*Per, here's what you said:

"Featuring new insights into the workings of the Universe, Two-Thirds demonstrates that an advanced means of regeneration through technology that functions in harmony with the hyperdimensional and physical parts of the Universe ~ can produce almost unlimited amounts of energy.

Consciousness energy production is so efficient, that when adopted by us, it will take only a few beings to 'generate' enough energy to run an entire continent.

All peoples on earth have a part of this history incorporated into their cultures as allegory."

Here's what I'd like to add......this history is also incorporated in our DNA! We already are all we are, we just need to learn to use what we already have.

Look at this stuff:

The Philosopher's Stone, White Powder Gold literally brings light from the world of quanta into our macro existence through these super conducting materials in a high spin state. [link to www.lifetechnology.org]

The brain is fractal

Cell division is a binary process, and brain development is a byproduct of cell division.

We are binary.

The brain's processes are regionalized, but they all operate fundamentally the same. Recurring structures and processes are fractal - the smallest is the same as the largest.

We are fractal. (Krispy, we may be getting into the same book, heh)

INTELLIGENT PLASMA

Source: The Resonance Project Foundation (Nassim)

When a large wave happens in the structure of Space Time and the Universe, all the little ripples in that same structure are affected. Recent studies have shown, for example, that the decay rate of carbon is affected by the activity of the Sun. When the sun decides to do something big it affects every atom in the entire solar system. (...) There is also evidence showing that plasma, the stuff that stars and a majority of the matter in the universe is made of, may be what is called
"intelligent plasma" and affected by consciousness in experiments... or in other words, the sun may be a conscious living entity.

The above confirms the fractal-structure of the Universe.

INTELLIGENT OIL & INTELLIGENT PLASMA !!!
Awesome !!!!

The Sun as a living entity, as well as the Earth.

Some research snips :
- once electrons are in plasma, they stop behaving like individuals and start behaving as if they are a part of a larger and interconnected whole. This phenomenon observed by one of the a leading expert in twentieth century plasma physics, Bohm.
Although the individual movements of each electron appeared to be random, vast numbers of electrons are able to produce collective effects that were surprisingly well organized and appeared to behave like a life form. The plasma constantly regenerates itself and encloses impurities in a wall in the same way that a biological organism, like the unicellular amoeba, might encase a foreign substance in a cyst

- [link to plasmauniverse.info]
The name plasma as applied to charged particles was borrowed from blood-plasma by Nobel laureate Irving Langmuir in 1923 because the particles interacted collectively in a lifelike manner in his laboratory experiments. "Verschuur analyzed nearly two thousand clouds, principally from the Aericibo radio telescope in Puerto Rico, but also from other radio telescopes scattered around the globe," said Peratt. Verschuur had previously found, under high resolution computer processing, that the 'clouds' were not clouds at all but were instead filaments of material which twisted and wound like helices over enormous distances between the stars.
Per Carlqvist, a researcher at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, estimated that the interstellar filaments found by Verschuur conducted electricity with currents as high as ten-thousand billion amperes.

"The individual filaments in space are often called Z-pinches. These Z-pinches occur when current-carrying plasma 'pinches' itself into a filament by a magnetic field the current produces around the plasma. Z-pinches, such as those produced on the Sandia National Laboratories
'Z' machine, are among the most prolific producers of X-rays known," cited Peratt.

bump
the VESSEL doing the Z-thing in the GOM !!!!

Could it have been beaming X-rays down ???
Remember the water of the GOM was highly MAGNETISED !!!! = a magnetic field was created ...
and THAT could have also made the subs have problems adjusting ...

The United States Department of Energy funded Z-machine at Sandia has surprised the scientific community during the last few years by breaking all records in the production of high intensity X-rays from wire filaments converted into plasmas by million-volt pulses. Such filaments have already been discovered in our own solar system. For example, the aurora on Earth is known to be caused by million ampere currents flowing down the Earth's magnetic field lines at the northern and southern poles while similar were found by planetary explorer spacecraft to connect the planet Jupiter with its closest satellite Io.

That such currents existed on a much larger scale outside the solar system and beyond the reach of spacecraft has been a topic of conjecture among astronomers and space plasma scientists. According to Igor Alexeff, President of the Nuclear and Plasma Sciences Society hosting the conference, "It's not unusual that neutral hydrogen in space should show such well organized current structures; plasma also acts in a lifelike and intelligent way in laboratory experiments and in naturally occurring plasmas such as lightning."

Remember the seemingly INTELLIGENT FORMING OF LAYERS and the INTELLIGENT ACTING of the "intelligent oil" [term used by OP/Aco] ???
Doesnt this points to the possibility that it is behaving more like PLASMA ?
And that THEY needed their Z-technology (vessel) to experiment with it ?
Doesnt this also suggests that AUgie is indeed plasma-related ? And BLOOD-related ??? [as we have suggested many times before]

Doesnt this suggests that it acts like a WAVE in neutral conditions,
but changes its action when it is observed ...
from a wave to particle in observance ...
when CONSCIOUSNESS is DIRECTED AT IT.
Quantum.
Our LOOKING at it is similar to beaming an electro-magnetic field onto it ! Looking is comparable to directing Volts onto it, so that the wave is affected, and a part will become visible and slows down in speed ... time-space capturing ... time-space changes that make it within reach of our perception, and thus consciously communication with it is possible.

This above lead me to look up what is the connection between or effect off "crude oil" and "electrical currents"

Reducing the Viscosity of Crude Oil by Pulsed Electric or Magnetic Field
[link to www.virtualthunderweb.com]
R. Tao* and X. Xu
Department of Physics, Temple UniVersity, Philadelphia, PennsylVania
February 17, 2006. ReVised Manuscript ReceiVed June 7, 2006

A method with pulsed electric or magnetic field to reduce the viscosity of crude oil is developed. Specifically, for paraffin-base crude oil, a magnetic field pulse can effectively reduce its viscosity for several hours, while, for asphalt-base crude oil or mixed-base crude oil, an electric field pulse can do the same. The method does not change the temperature of the crude oil; instead, it temporary aggregates paraffin particles or asphaltene particles inside the crude oil into large ones. This particle aggregation changes the rheological property of the crude oil and leads to the viscosity reduction. While this viscosity reduction is not permanent, it is suitable for many important applications, such as oil transport via deepwater pipelines, since it lasts for several hours and is repeatable

We saw OP/Aco post many times about "changes in viscosity" and forming pipes, etc ...

A question just popped my mind: Could changing the viscosity of crude oil have an influence on the structural support it gives a cavity ???
It seems to me that how thicker the crude is, the better it supports and 'holds' the structure of a cave or a saltdome !
If it is made thinner then this supporting ability changes ...
To me it also seems logic that the EM-radiation field of thick crude oil has a different signature then that of 'that with which they fill the cave up' ...

Just to illustrate for example:
if crude is 4 and the salt-dome is 5, togetter they make 9
If crude is replaced by something else with a different viscosity [!!but also a different EM-conduction level!!] it becomes 2 and with the salt-dome it only makes 7 ...

This is a huge structural difference and could affect the structural coherency of an area, besides that it changes the electro-magnetic STAMP of that area !!!!

I think that we could compare the above change in EM-signature with a change of PH-identification of our blood !
Thick blood resonates and reads different then thin blood !
If our blood is TOO THIN then it endangers the possibility of bleeding to death, coz the blood does not support the structure [the organs] any more ... and they "collapse" iif they are DEPLETED !

Imo:
Intelligent oil & Intelligent plasma
both part of the 'occurrence' that we call AUgie,
an intelligent life-form that can behave as a wave and as particles as well.
'Consciousness-beams' or 'X-rays beams' are the [electro-magnetic]keys to communicate with a part of it.

The SUN is an intelligent plasma communicating with Earth every 8 minutes through the FTE-vortex. [FTE = flux transfer event]
In THIS the neutrino's play a part,
and thats why neutrino's are attracted to nuclear plants coz they also form a 'plasma'-radiation ...
Once again I strongly think that neutrino-particles -triggered by the galactic alignment- ACTIVATED AUgie in the Earth.

Plasma Radiation in a Magnetic Field
By B. A. Trubnikov and V. S. Kudryavtsev

ENERGY BALANCE OF A HIGH-TEMPERATURE
PLASMA INCLUDING THE EFFECT OF
MAGNETIC RADIATION

In order to study the possibilities of heating a
plasma confined by an external magnetic field
, it is
necessary to take into account the presence of strong
magnetic bremsstrahlung in the millimeter and sub-
millimeter wavelength range. The existence of this
radiation imposes a limit on the use of the
D-Dreaction to generate energy exceeding the input
energy. In considering this effect, the self-absorption
of this radiation should be taken into account.
..

Let us examine first the case when self-absorption
may be neglected and all this radiation will escape
the plasma. This escape of energy proves to be
rather considerable at thermonuclear temperatures.
...
However, the energy loss by magnetic radiation is
always many times greater than the nuclear energy
released in the D-D reaction
.

...
It is known that the spectrum of radiation due to
the motion of an electron along a helical path in a
magnetic field consists of discrete lines or harmonics,

Etc ...
Interesting contect and WORDS !!!

Study of D-D Reaction at the Plasma Focus Device

[link to proceedings.aip.org]

Wiki : Levitated dipole
[link to en.wikipedia.org]
A power source based on the LDX device would utilize an advanced fuel cycle known as the tritium suppressed DD reaction (deuterium-deuterium (D-D) reaction). In this fuel cycle the secondary tritium is removed from the plasma, a unique capability of a dipole. This has advantages relative to the more conventional deuterium-tritium (D-T) reaction of other confinement and compression devices such as the tokamak or inertial confinement fusion (ICF) devices that amplify and focus multiple high-energy beams of lasers, electrons or ions onto tiny pellets of D-T fuel.
Although heat and pressure requirements for D-D fusion are more difficult than D-T fusion, the payoff of the D-D reaction is the relative absence of "fast neutrons" produced by the D-T reaction that contaminate the containment vessel and require massive shielding. In addition, deuterium is readily available in sea water, unlike tritium, which must be bred in reactors before it can be used as fuel in the D-T reaction.

I know this could be all hocus-pocus-talking for many of you .. excuses,
but many words in this post together with the previous post rang some harmonics in my brain ..lol...

The below article connected in my brain with FLAMING SWORD his post
about LUXury and RARE Earth Elements ...

(*To me his post seemed to say more on deeper levels if you read between his lines)

the Large Underground Xenon (LUX) dark matter detector

Scientists are working deep underground to avoid the bombardment of cosmic interference.

Gold & cosmic radiation !

Guiseppe, a University of South Dakota physicist, is involved with the Majorana Demonstrator experiment, designed to look for one of nature’s rarest radioactive decays.
Mock, a graduate student at the University of California, Davis, is on the team preparing the Large Underground Xenon (LUX) dark matter detector for activation.

In a new hall, the Majorana Demonstrator experiment will soon search for an extremely rare form of radioactive decay that has yet to be observed. “There’s a lot of fundamental questions about the universe that remain unanswered,” Guiseppe said.
Neutrinos are one of the most abundant particles in the universe — with 65 million of them passing through one’s thumbnail per second — but they are very elusive, he said.
Construction of the detector is well under way as workers have transitioned the space from a gold mine environment to a clean one.

Mock, working toward his doctorate degree, is involved with the LUX experiment. The detector is the world’s most sensitive device. Standing a little over six feet tall and three feet wide, it has been lowered into a 70,000-gallon water tank for even more insulation from cosmic radiation. The detector will look for what’s known as dark matter, which is believed to comprise 80 percent of all matter in the universe.

Gold & water & cosmic radiation & neutrino's ... !

In a way it seems natural for charged particles to be pulled toward us for consumption as an energy source and then have the negative used particles zipped back for recharging along the magnetic highway.

Thanx for this explanation hf

Charged particles giving off their charge in EM-plasma fields [like our body's] and empty of negative particles are bounced out, repelled from the field.

A lot of the early stuff on the web about 19.47 came out of the Jet Propulsion Lab [link to www.jpl.nasa.gov]

An interesting message board (similar to glp) was The Enterprise Mission. This is where at lot of Hoagland's writings were posted. Enterprise Mission messaging was taken down not long after nine and 11. Some of us posting to that board thought that it was operated by the USAF.

LOL! I copy/pasted from several sources so yeah, it would be strange with all the different vibes.

Here's another copy/paste I thought I'd drag in.

The Significance Of The Lost Cubit In The Design Of The Tesla Shield™.

The Lost Cubit was discovered in April of 2000 by German astrophysicist Hans Becker and has, in the last ten years, been extensively researched by the well known metaphysical researcher Slim Spurling. The Lost Cubit is a previously unknown cubit length which fills a harmonic gap between the Sacred and Royal cubit lengths of Ancient Egypt. Research and calculations made by Becker indicate that the Lost cubit may well have been deliberately omitted from ancient records due to its important and powerful esoteric significance.

The secrets of The Lost Cubit were always strongly guarded by the priesthood of Egypt, and were reserved exclusively for high initiates and Phaoroh himself. This is why there are no records of the Lost cubit to be found in orthodox historical records.

The Lost Cubit is derived from the sum of the polar and equatorial circumferences of the Earth divided by the speed of light. The Lost Cubit therefore relates to cosmic harmonics in a special way. Due to its dual ability to resonate with cosmic energy frequencies and earth energy frequencies, The Lost Cubit is the secret key to extraordinary health and extreme longevity.

The Lost Cubit has a natural resonant frequency of 177 megahertz which corresponds to the frequency of DNA, thereby facilitating DNA repair and the capability of consciously controlled DNA activation and ascension. It is becoming more widely accepted by scientists that DNA acts as an antenna for light energy, and therefore the harmonic frequencies of light and The Lost Cubit in particular are vitally important aspects of the equation.

"What external condition is indispensable for quality of labor? Light. Only light makes labor productive and useful. The butterfly can fly until its rainbow pollen is exhausted. Man has the same rainbow force, which absorbs the power of the light by means of photoplasm. The different plasms are intermediaries between the visible and the invisible. Photoplasm, being an emanation of the nervous system, forms a rainbow pollen which absorbs rays of light and conveys them into the nerve channels.
The best connections with the light are obtained in the morning. Therefore, do not shut out the morning light. Work in the light, make decisions in the light, pass judgments in the light, grieve in the light, rejoice in the light. Nothing is to be compared with the light wave. Even the best electricity, even the bluest, yields eight thousand times less light than a ray of the sun.
Soon the study of photoplasm will give a new direction to methods of labor. One may see how the pollen of photoplasm effervesces, and how by tiny whirls it carries the received treasure into the pores of the skin."

About Quorum Sensing:

(For Krispy)

"Molecules involved in quorum sensing

Three-dimensional structures of proteins involved in quorum sensing were first published in 2001, when the crystal structures of three LuxS orthologs were determined by X-ray crystallography.[22] In 2002, the crystal structure of the receptor LuxP of Vibrio harveyi with its inducer AI-2 (which is one of the few biomolecules containing boron) bound to it was also determined."

snips of interest :
- Quorum quenching is the process of preventing quorum sensing by disrupting the signalling. This may be achieved by degrading the signalling molecule.

- Quorum sensing is a system of stimulus and response correlated to population density. Many species of bacteria use quorum sensing to coordinate gene expression according to the density of their local population. In similar fashion, some social insects use quorum sensing to determine where to nest. In addition to its function in biological systems, quorum sensing has several useful applications for computing and robotics.

Some of the best-known examples of quorum sensing come from studies of bacteria. Bacteria use quorum sensing to coordinate certain behaviors based on the local density of the bacterial population. Quorum sensing can occur within a single bacterial species as well as between diverse species, and can regulate a host of different processes, in essence, serving as a simple communication network. A variety of different molecules can be used as signals. Common classes of signaling molecules are oligopeptides in Gram-positive bacteria, N-Acyl Homoserine Lactones (AHL) in Gram-negative bacteria, and a family of autoinducers known as autoinducer-2 (AI-2) in both Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria.[4]

I guess this also works for fungi ...
as the Black fungi in nuclear reactors.

But it could also be part of AUgie's behavior !!!

- Bacteria that use quorum sensing constitutively produce and secrete certain signaling molecules (called autoinducers or pheromones). These bacteria also have a receptor that can specifically detect the signaling molecule (inducer). When the inducer binds the receptor, it activates transcription of certain genes, including those for inducer synthesis. There is a low likelihood of a bacterium detecting its own secreted inducer. Thus, in order for gene transcription to be activated, the cell must encounter signaling molecules secreted by other cells in its environment.

If we bring this to an other level,
could we say that >
in order for gene transcription to be activated, the cell must encounter signaling molecules secreted by other cells in its environment [melanin & melanine ???].

I guess that AUgie must be the 'receptor' ....

Somehow these words : 'detect the signaling molecule'
remind me of neutrino's and Cherenkov radiation ....

Maybe I am just nuts ..lol...

- When only a few other bacteria of the same kind are in the vicinity, diffusion reduces the concentration of the inducer in the surrounding medium to almost zero, so the bacteria produce little inducer. However, as the population grows, the concentration of the inducer passes a threshold, causing more inducer to be synthesized. This forms a positive feedback loop, and the receptor becomes fully activated. Activation of the receptor induces the up-regulation of other specific genes, causing all of the cells to begin transcription at approximately the same time.

My nutty translation :

When only a few other 'humans' of the same kind are in the vicinity, diffusion reduces the concentration of the inducer in the surrounding medium to almost zero, so the 'humans' produce little inducer [=consciousness liquid, melanin/melatonin and pineal-gland liquid]. However, as the population grows, the concentration of the 'consciousness liquid, melanin/melatonin and pineal-gland liquid' passes a threshold, causing more 'consciousness liquid, melanin/melatonin and pineal-gland liquid´ to be synthesized. This forms a positive feedback loop, and the 'AUgie'-receptor becomes fully activated. Activation of 'AUgie' induces the up-regulation of other specific genes, causing all of the cells to begin transcription at approximately the same time [= full DNA activation & resonance at once at the same time].

bumps

THIS IS FANTASTIC !!!
This explains a LOT of things on a different level !!!

Also explains why TPTwB are so afraid ! As long as they used Quorum quenching and disrupted the SIGNALING and prevented the bonding of the receptor with the signaling molecules by their SECRETION we would not resonate as "The same KIND" and the the concentration of the signaling molecule/inducer in the surrounding medium to almost zero.
Consciousness would have no or a to weak feed-back-system to grow on ! = 'Devide & conquer' tactics !
When the populous grows it adds to the morphogenetic field and the law of the 100th-monkey ... or the 15% needed to change !

AWESOME !!!!

SECRETION ... poop ... Remember us guessing about it ???

What if this was "the poop" in the canisters ????????

...boron ...
nice :)

- Certain bacteria can produce enzymes called lactonases that can target and inactivate AHLs.

- Overall, the quorum sensing genes seem to have diverged along with the Protecobacteria phylum as a whole. This indicates that these quorum sensing systems are quite ancient, and arose very early in the Proteobacteria lineage.

...ancient ... :D

Sword also talked of Ants ... or I thought he hinted at it .. ghehe ..

Ants
Colonies of the ant Temnothorax albipennis nest in small crevices between rocks. When the rocks shift and the nest is broken open, these ants must quickly choose a new nest to move into. During the first phase of the decision-making process, a small portion of the workers leave the destroyed nest and search for new crevices. When one of these scout ants finds a potential nest, she assesses the quality of the crevice based on a variety of factors including the size of the interior, the number of openings (based on light level), and the presence or absence of dead ants.[32][33] The worker then returns to the destroyed nest, where it will wait for a short period before recruiting other workers to follow her to the nest she found, using a process called tandem running. The waiting period is inversely related to the quality of the site; for instance, a worker that has found a poor site will wait longer than a worker that encountered a good site.[34] As the new recruits visit the potential nest site and make their own assessment of its quality, the number of ants visiting the crevice increases. During this stage, ants may be visiting many different potential nests. However, because of the differences in the waiting period, the number of ants in the best nest will tend to increase at the greatest rate. Eventually, the ants in this nest will sense that the rate at which they encounter other ants has exceeded a particular threshold, indicating that the quorum number has been reached.[35] Once the ants sense a quorum, they return to the destroyed nest and begin rapidly carrying the brood, queen, and fellow workers to the new nest. Scouts that are still tandem-running to other potential sites are also recruited to the new nest, and the entire colony moves. Thus, although no single worker may have visited and compared all of the available options, quorum sensing enables the colony as a whole to quickly make good decisions about where to move.

Honey bees also use quorum sensing,
but I guess that the disruptions in EM-fields lead to disruption of the signalling needed to quorum sense ...

Also applies to SYNTHIA and nano-robotics ?

Computing and robotics
Quorum sensing can be a useful tool for improving the function of self-organizing networks such as the SECOAS (Self-Organizing Collegiate Sensor) environmental monitoring system. In this system, individual nodes sense that there is a population of other nodes with similar data to report. The population then nominates just one node to report the data, resulting in power savings.[38] Ad-hoc wireless networks can also benefit from quorum sensing, by allowing the system to detect and respond to network conditions.[39]
Quorum sensing can also be used to coordinate the behavior of autonomous robot swarms. Using a process similar to that used by Temnothorax ants, robots can make rapid group decisions without the direction of a controller.[40]
