Also regarding air pollution, I was wondering how much of an effect all the cars/large shipping trucks have on the environment. I work in a very industrial area and the air always stinks like exhaust fumes. I always see thick black smoke billowing out of transport semi trucks and

I think you have misunderstood what ST said about language. I think what he meant was that the Conduit (ST) does not speak Spanish or understand it. Since English is the International business language, it is the language I assume he felt was most widespread and understood.

Other conduits in other places would be in contact with their language. I suppose if in China, then Chinese. Or in Spain, it would be Spanish.
