Cow milk = I can't tolerate it anymore (getting old).

Soy milk = OK.

Rice milk = Too thin / viscous.

Goat milk = The most horrible shit known to mankind.

You are supposed to only drink the milk from FEMALE almonds. You should check the label next time.

Milk is mucus and soy is estrogen in a cup. I like enriched rice milk, it's good, and almond milk, it depends on t he manufacturer, but you can make you own.

SOY is evil. And it's in almost everything. You really have to make all your own food from scratch to avoid it.

The only safe soy is teh fermented kind - like soy sauce. That's it.

And Almond milk is gross. I tried it for a few weeks but got too sick of the taste. I eat almonds all the time but I'm back to regular milk. Not that I drink it anyway, but it's best for tea.
