Some visualizations and some energy healing is verbal. You have to find what works for you. Immunics for example is pretty much all verbal. Also, if there are lots of trapped emotions or negative energy, the body releases them slowly and it doesnt always feel good when they are leaving. After all, it was probably some sort of trauma that trapped them in the first place and the body kinda goes thru a mini version of that again when releasing. It took years for most of us to store all these negative emotions and you really dont want them released all at once. It could take a lot longer than a couple of months... Go INSIDE your heart and see if you should continue, or stop altogether. |
