These are just a few things you can do to decalcify & nourish your pineal gland. I recommend you make your own notes, research and come to your own consensus.

There are many things I did not include, such as barely (or not at all) watching TV, same with video games, not reading newspapers that are full of junk and propaganda.. but rather get your news from a source that focuses on TRUTH, solutions and actual intellectual content and educational info. The main focus in this video for de-calcification was regarding diet and things you chew or drink. Not things you do. So don't forget that! :) Eating right and not inducing/exposing yourself to toxins is huge... but there are many other aspects.

In a distant past our pineal gland used to be our third eye and, even more than an eye: a cosmic receiver and sender of multi-dimensional information. The pineal gland is now a tiny gland in the centre of our brain, connected with all our senses and the rest of our body. Through the other senses it communicates with the outer world in electrical impulses.

With its spectrum of hormones it regulates our state of consciousness, e.g. waking, sleeping, dreaming, various meditative states including those states in which we may have mystical experiences. The mind and senses are paths for occult energies that work through various psychophysical centers or chakras, among the highest of which is the pineal gland. These centres continue to develop as we evolve towards spirit.

So, while the third eye or pineal gland has certain physiological activities in conjunction with the pituitary gland - together they regulate the rhythms of metabolism and growth - it is also the physical organ of intuition, inspiration, spiritual vision, and divine thought. The pituitary gland is the thought receiver and the pineal gland, often called our true master gland, is the thought transmitter.

The pineal gland is the very key to the highest and divinest consciousness in man - his omniscient, spiritual and all embracing mind. It is the Single Eye.

The more light you can store in your body, the higher your vibration will become. The higher your vibration is, the easier it becomes to elevate your surrounding as well as the people around you. Now is the time to reawaken our pineal gland as a cosmic antenna.

I was having this trouble last week. When I see it happen now, I close it down, go back to the original link and open it back up using the link at the very top of the video itself and not using the link. Hopefully that will help you.

whiteangel - thanks for sharing this - great little video and what an extraordinary young woman she is for getting the word out. We have a production company and make documentaries and this girl has the 'it' factor for sure! Her spirit comes right through the camera, right?! I made a list of her suggestions!

Btw, on the video you linked back on page 624, did you see where Drunvalo talks about so many of the symptoms of ringing ears, vertigo and all being tied into the loss of the magnetic field? Makes sense to me, thought it was interesting. So many pieces of the puzzle coming together, eh?

I'd like to find that video she is referring to in the beginning!....I'd probably lean more to the man's idea (from what she says) - Just because this is coinciding what I think is happening, here, with all of us....the physical matters sooooo much less than we think, hard to swallow, I know, because of all the grief.

Amazing how we all keep finding the reasons for things but most won't even listen. I read something a while back that was making fun of the commercial with everyone floating through the air, as if gravity had suddenly stopped working. One knowledgeable person stated that when our magnetic field was gone, we would all feel those same sensations (as we would with loss of gravity) without the floating in the air!
