A Real Story About a Government Mule
Up at the ranch a while back, which borders some Park Service land, a group of Rangers took a pack train through the ranch land to clear up some of the trails on the park land. During their clearing operation, a storm hit and some of their mules escaped their rope paddock and started wandering about.

One of the mules wound up hanging around near the horse paddock on the range, specially on the other side of the fence near the feeding trough. Well, we asked the owner of the ranch if we should bring the animal inside, and his response was, "Hell no, I ain't feeding no government mule!" rofl

So we tied it to a tree and waited for the Park Service to retrieve it in the morning. Ah, life in the West. afro

Cortez the Killer. From Zuma. With Crazy Horse. Neil Young is a great writer. I bought the album when it came out in '75. I was living in TO at the time. Great album.

BTW. The guitar solo Young does in CTK is a hall-of-famer.
