If agra companies are allowed to market and sell specific patented versions of corn and other GMO's to farmers and big suppliers, shouldn't the food companies which buy those products be required to list those ingredients on labeling under a patent or brand name, like Cornex or Corn Product Number 9?

I mean, since you have already made a killing regulating compounds found abundantly in nature and classifying everything possible for consumption, you might want to be consistent in your findings.
