Ok...True, but what does that have to do with the validity of the scriptures whether they're in the bible or not? Your point just simply means that certain presentations of scriptures are questionable. This does not mean the scriptures themselves are a "sham".

The problem is not that those particular texts were chosen, it's that they were chosen based on a committee by Constantine who apparently wasn't even a christian, historically.

Meanwhile they then banned and tried to destroy other perfectly valid texts because they didn't agree with the new unified version of christianity that the government put together.
