Michael Moore's House Proves He is the 1% | |

Being part of the 1% is a mindset. Moore does not fit that mind set. Moore has made an effort to uncover political and social injustice. If he was part of the 1% he would have said nothing, or made documentaries to support the political/social system as it is. While Moore has made lots of money, he actually worked for it, and the man does not begrudge. He has even given large charitable donations to people who have come right out and said they hate his guts. The 1% only make charitable contributions for tax breaks. It is a mindset, not a dollar sign $ that really determines who is an is not part of the 1%. Bill Gates is NOT part of the 1%, his donations and activities strongly suggest he has a real concern for his fellow men. The owners of Wal-mart, on the other hand, have demonstrated time and time again that they are the 1% because they have lacked compassion and caring, having given a far less amount than Bill, even though they have made billions more. How loving and caring. And Moore has a lot of pro-globalist actions as well. Either you're trolling or misguided. The false gospel: If you don't continually perform, you're out. I would bet that fat fuck has donated far less percentage wise than walmart or any other of these so called wrong mindset 1%ers. I have seen some stupid fucking people on glp, but you take the cake!!! |

Quoting: Bowyn Aerrow Being part of the 1% is a mindset. Moore does not fit that mind set. But if you listen to the majority of the participants of the Occupy movement - as well as any of these movements around the globe - they feel that anyone with a good-sized bank account is part of the 1%. According to them, ALL corporations are evil. They have no idea what a corporation really is. A five-person company that incorporates to protect their members' personal assets is the same thing as a behemoth such as Exxon in their eyes. Look at the riots that took place in London. Did they destroy the offices of major corporations? No. They fire-bombed Mom and Pop businesses. And you mean to tell me that Moore does not employ a number of tax lawyers and accountants to make sure he takes advantage of every loophole in the tax code to ensure the taxes he pays are as low as possible? GMAGB. Again, according to the Occupy movement, use of any loophole is evil. The bottom line of this hypocrisy is, there is not a limit to how much money a person earns, as long as they are a Democrat. A perfect example ... how often have you heard about all of the rich Republicans in Congress? Take a closer look at their financial rankings. You'll find that the overwhelming majority of the richest have (D) after their names. Yankee Doodle Society |
