Anyone who voted for Obama was not engaged in critical thinking during the election. It was love at first sight based on nothing more than the spectacle of an eloquent blackish man that could string a proper sentence. I know this mindset, my state fell victim to it years ago when we sent the first black female, Carol Mosley Braun, to the US Senate. I would say that I'm a liberal, but I didn't vote for him. There are a few things that I care about, marijuana being one of them. It's important to me, as my very dear uncle(who is also a preacher) is suffering from cancer. He is in tormenting pain right now as we speak, and I have heard many things about medicinal marijuana. I want him to have that option legally. As for homosexuality and other things that could make me a liberal. I just don't have any judgement, maybe that makes me more of a bad christian than a liberal. I understand the reasons people don't want that kind of liberties for other human beings(in terms of the bible), but my bleeding heart doesn't agree my logic and I'm in constant turmoil with myself. I do have an outstanding amount of love for mankind, but I'm not deluded enough to think that any politician is going to solve the world's problems. Ahh /sigh I guess that makes me more moderate than anything. I just feel horrible when people call each other names, like libtard..conservatard. Whatever. It's not solving the problems.

If anything, America has been woken up to it's lethargy in picking a competent leader. If not already evident by his actions, Obama has damned the road for any other minority aspiring to higher political office. After this great failed experiment I doubt any real American will toss the dice on just any yahoo wannabe, especially after the end of his second term. I'm confident by 2016 even his most ardent followers will curse the day they swallowed his swill. This is assuming voting does indeed work of course.

I am going to try to get elected in the next election in my area on the premise I am a pc loving, commie, granola bar eating, tree hugging, whale saving, white guiltard libtard.

After I get elected, the draconian policies I implement ( Or attempt to implement) will go down in history. After i am shooed from office I will then make a career out of writing books, and appearances giving lectures on how easy it was to fool left wing thinking miscreants.
