Notice the defense attorney slowly back away. The problem with what happened here isn't the convicts conduct in court, it's the prosecutor who lowered himself to the level of the convict. Just because a dog barks at you doesn't mean you should get down on all fours and bark back. The state should be more dignified, not because the convict deserves it, but because it is so.
