Constitution has not been in effect since 1871. A CORPORATION 'called' The USA runs the show from their 10 square mile block called The District of Columbia. ALL courts are run by same. Now we can call him a dictator. Commder and chief more like dictator and chief. He has been threatnng to do this for awhile now just side step what the constitution . We need to start speaking out this is BS ctator he will just forget about the constitution and do what he wants he has kept threatning to do this but now he's acting . he also is starting his new defense plan
