Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74444 Interesting, that. Winter doesn't begin until December 22. Hm, what a quaint excuse. However, when Winter begins has nothing whatsoever to do with what you were claiming six months ago. It was 82 degrees here today, the normal high is 48 and the normal low is 33. The low temperature tonight is forecast to be 65 degrees. Quoting: Anonymous Astrophysicist 1207638 Is that how you come up with all your evidence? It's hot in your neck of the woods, therefore it's hot worldwide? If that is your methodology, that's silly. But since you never *explain* how your methodology works, nor how to duplicate your results, I have to resort to these guesses based on what you write. I have conceded that my predictions regarding the temperatures were in error and somewhat exaggerated as a result of a delayed solar maximum and an unexpected lack of coronal mass ejections that are Earth directed... Quoting: Anonymous Astrophysicist 1207638 Yet, you were claiming *better than 98.5% odds!* Ridiculously high! That your ideas are failing, when you were so certain of them, how am I supposed to believe your other absolutely certain predictions? Of course, you weren't willing to truly believe them either, or you would have made that wager with me about their veracity some months ago. That you weren't willing to risk your fragile ego in so trivial a wager proved that. ...even so temperatures are much higher than normal on average worldwide. It most certainly exceeds the "official" story of 1 degree Celsius increase over the past 100 years. Quoting: Anonymous Astrophysicist 1207638 Got any evidence supporting that? After all, I "think independently and do not accept what I am told without proof." If I am wrong I will admit it, but don't count on it, agent stalker. Quoting: Anonymous Astrophysicist 1207638 Looking forward to said admittance. If I were not right about so much that others are unaware of , you wouldn't be following me all over the internet stalking me. Quoting: Anonymous Astrophysicist 1207638 And here you are making another erroneous claim. I have only engaged you here on GLP. Nowhere else. It would be fun to see the unedited list you've made of my predictions and assertions WORD FOR WORD AND IN CONTEXT and only what I myself wrote, as well as all of the threads I've posted that have systematically been removed from the internet. Quoting: Anonymous Astrophysicist 1207638 Strange that *I* am the one who provides links to what you, yourself, have posted here, and *you* are not. And you have claimed to have all those posts word for word, and everything you've written, yet you cannot repost any of it, and then subsequently claim that your data was stolen when cornered about it. I detect a pattern. You're neither. Earlier in the thread you mentioned I was wrong about martial law, you're either ignorant or lying. Quoting: Anonymous Astrophysicist 1207638 We ARE living under martial law and have been since the Patriot "Axe" was rammed through congress by the executive branch. What do you think that gold fringe around the flag means in courtrooms and governmental offices? Sigh. As I said before, I think the suspension of Habeus Corpus is a dreadful thing, but you'd be hard pressed to equate that with the martial law you were predicting back then. I can be out and about after ten p.m, for example, and there aren't price freezes nor other effects common in the traditional definitions of living under martial law. Then again, you use the traditional definitions of *anything* so seldomly... You've made that suggestion before. I think I will treat it the same way as I have your other ideas -- examined and rejected for lack of supporting evidence. |

Most places running 10-20 degrees above normal. Where I live it has been absolutely beautiful for a solid month. Temps in the mid 70's everyday and lows in the 40's. we are running 15 degrees above normal for the last month and for this week temps are getting warmer. The leaves are still on most trees, kind of eerie as the leaves are starting to fall(way late) yet it is 70 degrees. Most ski resorts have little to no snow and cannot make snow because it is too warm, at least according to TWC. I do know that by Thanksgiving normally TWC runs daily ski reports, haven't seen any. They were really harping on the way above temps across the US yesterday. Live and let live.......really |
