Vision of the Bride of Christ watching for her Groom | |

Scripture tells us the relationship between Christ and his 'church', which is the body of believers is likened to the relationship of a groom and his bride. Where Christ is the groom and the believer(s) is the bride. It speaks of a spiritual bond made in love and trust and promise and commitment. This is written in scripture and many feel this in their heart and soul and greatly desire to be with their spiritual mate. So they long to be with him as a bride who anxiously and patiently awaits the return of her groom to return and take her to his home. God Bless you. peace, ok thx for the explanation but it's still really weird abnd creepy for me, polygamy is really not my cup of tea and i don't believe my body is a church (where this idea came from first, seriously????). sorry these concepts are a bit disturbing IMO but if you are all happy yippy with this strange stuff, well it's not my life  yvw and thanks for your reply, lol... I suppose one could view it that way (polygamy). I agree, that is a disturbing view of things. Though I suspect it refers more to spiritual oneness and deep intimacy, IMHO. Scripture seems to liken the body (flesh) as a vehicle or vessel for a spirit(s). This 'body' comprises the 'church' and is (in this age) the vehicle or vessel for which The Holy Spirit operates. The word 'church(es)' in scripture is used in a few ways, but mostly to refer to a body of believers in which dwells the Holy Spirit of God. Those who have been sealed with the Spirit of God. I spent a lot of time with him either on phone or in person and saw him receive messages from heaven that whole time, my whole life change, through his suffering . He died 2 years later, but many miracles happened during this time , I kept a diary to share till it is my time to see the light. God Bless |

Just to be clear, this person dreamed about the words to this poem? Or was it a vision, which then she/he rearranged her account of it as a poem? And who is the bride? did she see in the vision? Is it a physical literal bride? Can she draw the picture? and finally how would one know the rapture would occur if only 144,000 would be saved? and in that amount of 144,000 aren't they from the tribe of Israel.. well what of the gentiles? in a world of a couple billion, If 144,000 disapeared in at teh same time I guess people would know or not. It sounds like I dont know enough, hence i'm asking these questions. I prefer explanations, rather than " you dont get it" or here look at this verse. Thanks |
