USA : Civil War : 2013 .... thoughts?

I follow a lot of financial analyst types. Some well known and some not so well known. They seem to be saying that Europe goes first then the USA. If the gov is putting 30,000 drones over the usa, they must be worried about it....

You're off by a year or two, but you're not wrong

It's inevitable as the federal government runs out of money to to enforce its mandates and the different regional areas break apart to pursue their increasingly different paths

Just like Russia after the breakup of the USSR, just as we are soon to see in Europe

No matter how noble the goal, it is very difficult to coble together a vast geographic area under a single economic union. Actually, the United States was one of the most successful experiments in that regard

However, the problem is that all large centralized governments act as a centrifuge

Large central governments continue to grow until they increasingly suck in assets and monies of the member regions and return very little in value.

Instead of using that money in a productive manner there soon emerges a super class of bureaucrats and embedded interests who find a way to hold onto that money for "administrative" costs. It doesn't matter which party is involved, the evolution is inevitable unless the citizenry is disciplined and armed with razor blades to slash away yearly at corruptions, unncessary entitlements and waste.

Eventually administrative costs make the system top heavy, and the system collapses, no matter how noble some of the goals may have been

This is why I moved to where I live now. States will experience very different paths dependingon their income, resources and export prospects

In the USSR, the most successful and prosperous breakway provinces were the energy rich regions.

I think this is a world war, our first Civil World War.

We are expression that there are two different experiences that are acceptable to the masses.

One is a world of conquest. The other a world of consent.

In less then 100 years the Left will end up borrowing money from the right to avoid going under. Socialism never works.
The righties will have low taxes and businesses will take off. I mean go ape shit. Cranking out factories, mom and pop shops...you name it.

The 99% vs. the 1%. Most of the military would follow orders and the 99% would be punished severely. Survivors would collaborate mostly. It would all be extremely ugly.

I can see some active riots happening and even Mass Impeachments.

What is being taken is Freedom and once its gone there is nothing left to take.

Our next war is going to be Gang/Warlord wars
and People v Govt Wars.

In any event Lots of buildings gonna burn and cities will become the wild west.

I think the Country Folk will be just fine

Oh, yes, free markets where anything goes right? Snake oil salesmen, con men, ponzi schemes, companies selling paint with lead again, bio-hazardous waste dumped in your yard, no more trees, child labor, schooling only for those able to pay, mom and pop paying protection money to "business men"...yeah, you name it. Wow, kind of sounds like China, maybe you should move there.

Wait for gas to hit $6 then we'll see the gloves off. It'll be good vs evil. Thieves vs people following law. But as lawlessness insues then we'll see war occur within our nation. Just imagine food prices rising and fuel but people on welfare don't see their checks rise then what do you see happening?

The same thing that's happening in Greece.

If this were to happen (and I personally do not believe it will - at least not just yet) it would devolve into Martial Law and UN intervention. Even then, they'd only really be able to police the cities.

We'd basically burn. Area militias would arise and the population would segregate along cultural lines.

This is only my personal opinion at the moment, of course.

Maybe an EMP will render further nuke attacks useless along with all electric stuff

They just approved the use of tens of thousands of drones. Civil war? Pretty sure they've nipped that in the bud.

even drones can be defeated.personally I sincerely hope there is not another civil war in america,and it wouldnt be civil anyway but decidely uncivil.If anything I see maybe a 2nd american revolution if anything.Lots of people getting sick of the politicians right and left these days.Gen martin dempsey saying there is no need for us to go into iran yet the politicians saying we gotta go to another war.The thing I feel most likely might happen is a military coup,but like I said thoose scenarios are doubtfull....
