It is very heartening to see you back UK anon.

Thank you for your posts, Ive been keeping an eye on ebola in recent times but hadnt reached the stage where I thought it quite ready for attention here, but your digging and discovery of an airbourne ebola news is very alarming and far too sobering.

None the less I thank you deeply for what you bring to us as always.

You have always had an extremely hightened sense for ferreting out the most important information and usually in it earliest stages.

I hope that you havent been affected by any of the unfolding events in the Middle East and that you are safe and well.

Please stay in contact with us all here if and when you are able.

Hi all.

There is a new thread that has commenced here on GLP.

It deals with the issue of vaccinations.

I would like to acknowledge mopar28m the OP there for her works with this topic, thank you.

Here is the link...

Thread: The Vaccine Hoax is Over

I do strongly suggest that readers do take the time to have a very good look at that thread.

Also there is a link on the first post, which I followed.

Upon following the first link there was a further link to more on the topic, close to the original source information.

Here is that link...

[link to childhealthsafety.wordpress.com]

I cannot suggest just how important that it is for all readers here to please take the time to read all that is available on this topic.

I will talk more on this in another post, but first things first.

With reference to the above post regarding vaccinations, there are some things that need to be said to keep this topic in some sort of balance.

Firstly, it is not my intention to use this thread to either promote nor denigrate vaccines per se.

I wish to be seen as totally neutral on this topic from its perspective, though obviously I could reasonably be expected to have some personal leanings, which I do.

But, they are mine and not to be double guessed at nor used as any type of influence for any and all readers, please respect my position on this.

The topic of vaccinations must lay with the individual alone and that is the only perspective I wish to project or promote.

Having now said the formal stuff, there is a need to find some balance on this topic and as I cannot engage in direct communication with any readers we are stuck with the written word.

Recently there was another thread on the same topic and from the same OP, which I posted a rather lengthy post to.

I have just found that thread again, and my post, so I will paste it here as it says most of what I would like to say on the topic...

."paste".

Re: 9 Questions That Stump Every Pro-Vaccine Advocate and Their Claims

Hi Folks,

Ive been running another thread for a while now centered on H5N1 Avian Influenza.

In that thread, the topic of vaccinations comes up fairly regularly.

Now before I proceed Id like to to be well understood, I have no particular bias for or against vaccinations per se.

Having a nursing background I have seen enough to keep a very open mind on this topic.

For what its worth here is my take on todays state of affairs as far as vacinations go.

Also, somewhere within the pages of that thread are some factual figures on the number of vaccinations that were given over different decade periods and the corresponding number of re-active negative incidences associated with them, they are very enlightening.

Moving on...

If for instance you were to look at tetnus then you would be a major supporter of vaccinations.

This is an anerobic bug that typically lives in an oxygen less environment such as at the top of a deep wound.

It will feed on the dead blood, grow and multiply then die and release its toxins, hence the term tet-tox vaccinations.

And they work, trust me tetnus toxin poisioning has a very painful and deadly impact on human bodies.

We have read on this thread abour MMR , Polio etc.

All of these vaccines have had massive beneficial impacts for humanity in general.

I believe that what we might be seeing these days is just greed in the form of the FAT COW syndrome with big pharma.

With vaccines like the annual flu vaccines, they must constitute a significant bread and butter bottom line on an annual basis for these massive conglomerates.

And...these same massive conglomerates are also in the top ten political donators to American political influences which absolutely has to gain them a pretty easy ride in terms of gaining approvals with limited testing for some of their various newer developments, and with that comes increased risk factors.

Right now we have several flu vaccinations that were prepared for current distribution that have failed their quality control measures and have been banned in several countries, after distribution, so these problems are real.

After these new products have USFDA approval it is reasonabally typical to see other countries simply "follow suit" with the American approval, without much independant research and voila, the world becomes your oyster if you are one of those massive conglomerates.

Those political donations are a drop in the ocean when put up against the profits that the doors they open will and do generate.

So, I think that really what we see are a combination of several things that are intermingled intricately and cannot be simply seperated as most who have posted here would like to have as a convenient argument for their personal perspectives.

This is a very complex situation with any number of interacting forces.

Yes, I believe that we receive far too many vacinations throughout the course of our lives these days and yes most of them do contain dangerous additives, but the human body is a marvelous organism and for the most part it can tollerate small doses of nasties from time to time, but there is a term for it, not usually associated in this particular theatre, but the word "polypharmacy" comes to mind.

Normally that term is reserved for when we might need to be taking several medicines all at once, well sometimes the combination of two or more prescribed medicines can interact and cause unwanted and even deadly side effects.

That is why we have pharmasists, that is their particular field of speciality, apart from actually dispensing restricted meds.

Getting back to the culumative nature of some substances.

Some people can tollerate certain things more than others, also as with for instance Mercury, it never leaves the body and will slowly accumulate to perhaps toxic levels in some people resulting in tragic circumstances.

Why the worry about mercury, well how much fish do you eat?

We are told that three meals of fish a week is balanced, but have a think about how high up the food chain the fish of your choice is.

Tuna, Marlin etc, the top feeders are very high in their mercury content because they eat tons of other fish lower down on the food chain, but they accumulate mercury and pass it on to you when you eat it.

Pregnant women and young children are often advised to restrict those fish dishes to less than weekly for just one meal, so that is a prectical way of demonstrating the cumulative affects that might be associated with anything we consume, including prahmaceutical products.

Sooner or later we get to see statistical figures that represent the risk factors.

What we do not need are our legslators mandating what we must consume according to their "ONE SIZE FIT ALL" mentality.

Personally, I believe that if any government chooses to enforce compolsary medication of any type, then any adverse affects must be their responsibility and they have a responsibility to provide for those unfortunate outcomes.

I wont argue that there is a need for a broad brush view of the better good for the majority, but put simply..."one size DOESENT fit all" and its time that those legslators got over it and accepted their role for the negative minority while providing for the better good of the majority.

To me that is a simple case of reasonable acceptance of the responsibility that they carry in the representation of the people that they serve, and those same people must also be prepared to shoulder some of that load as they are a part of the bigger picture as well.

Sorry for the big post.

Another recent post highlighted the observation that H5N1 avian influenza in the Egyptian region might be mutating to a closer H2H transmissibility.

This next article by the worlds top H5N1 authority also looks at this possible mutation from a technical perspective.

The article is a little technical, but not so much as to be beyond the range of general comprehension for we lay people.

Highly pathogenic avian H5N1 influenza viruses are now enzootic in parts of Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Occasionally, these viruses transmit to humans and cause severe respiratory disease and fatalities. Currently, these viruses are not efficiently transmitted from person to person, although limited human-to-human transmission may have occurred [1]–[4].

November 17, 2012

The alert raised in 2009 in the presence of influenza country has not stopped.

Despite the shock of that time has decreased, cases are still present and are a total of 67 which have been recorded in California: 46 type and 21 type H1N1 seasonal.

This amount was drawn from 300 people suspected of having contracted the virus.

This was reported by Wong Leticia Lopez, head of the Department of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Health in Baja California, adding that deaths from H1N1 influenza in the state this year are eight and only two deaths from other types of influenza.

The specialist explained that according to the figures of the institution, eleven cases have been filed in the Court of Mexicali, Ensenada and seven in 28 in Tijuana, explainable situation because the latter has the largest number of inhabitants

Here we are again with reports from the US that this years flu season is very early and rapidly developing.

Health Department: 94 cases of influenza in Oneida County in a week
By WKTV News

Story Created: Nov 16, 2012 at 11:31 AM EST

(Story Updated: Nov 16, 2012 at 11:32 AM EST )

Oneida County has seen a sudden rise in the number of laboratory confirmed cases of seasonal influenza, and is urging the public to get their flu shot now, Health Department officials said on Friday.

“Within the past week we have had 94 confirmed cases of influenza reported in the county so it’s safe to say the flu season has arrived,” Patrice Bogan, Interim Director of the Health Department said. She added, “To put this in perspective, during last year’s mild flu season the first confirmed case of flu in Oneida County was not reported until late December.”

I am sorry that I initially missed your post here MzTreeChick.

I do my best to try to remain impartial with this thread.

I see my role as being the messenger and never the promoter or denigrator of anything, though I do confess to sometimes having an outburst at something that is particularly and obviously inhumane or dangerous or not in all our best interests.

In those matters I can be pretty feisty and really I do not see any reason not to be.

We must all vigerously defend and protect all that is good for humanity.

Aside from that, thank you.

I believe that we have similar views, you have always bought excellent topic and balance here in spite of your own personal circumstances, which from what we have read here from time to time are far more personal to you than most of the rest of us, so perhaps it is I who should be saying this about you.

Our highly valued researcher and regular contributor, UK anon, made the above post regarding the issue of ebola becoming airbourne transmissible the other day.

Obviously this could become an even worse senario than even with H5N1 avian influenza, as we have no defences that we can employ to help ourselves against this terrifying menace.

It has an apparent 90% fatality rate associated to it and is a very ugly way to have to die.

I found a little more background information on it on a site that I always reference to for this thread.

Date: Fri 16 Nov 2012
Source: BBC World Service, Science and Environment [edited]
[link to www.bbc.co.uk]

Canadian scientists have shown that the deadliest form of Ebolavirus could be transmitted by air between species.

In experiments, they demonstrated that the virus was transmitted from pigs to monkeys without any direct contact between them. The researchers say they believe that limited airborne transmission might be contributing to the spread of the disease in some parts of Africa. They are concerned that pigs might be a natural host for the lethal infection. Details of the research were published in the journal Scientific Reports [Hana M Weingartl et al. Transmission of Ebola virus from pigs to non-human primates. Scientific Reports 2, Article number 811, doi:10.1038/srep00811; [link to www.nature.com]

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the infection gets into humans through close contact with the blood, secretions, organs, and other bodily fluids from a number of species, including chimpanzees, gorillas, and forest antelope. The fruit bat has long been considered the natural reservoir of the infection. But a growing body of experimental evidence suggests that pigs, both wild and domestic, could be a hidden source of Zaire Ebolavirus, the most deadly of the Ebolaviruses. Now, researchers from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and the country's Public Health Agency have shown that pigs infected with this form of Ebolavirus can pass the disease on to macaques without any direct contact between the species.

In their experiments, the pigs carrying the virus were housed in pens with the monkeys in close proximity but separated by a wire barrier. After 8 days, some of the macaques were showing clinical signs typical of Ebolavirus [infection] and were euthanised. One possibility is that the monkeys became infected by inhaling large aerosol droplets produced from the respiratory tracts of the pigs. Pigs could act as a host and amplify Ebola-like viruses. One of the scientists involved is Dr Gary Kobinger from the National Microbiology Laboratory at the Public Health Agency of Canada. He told BBC News this was the most likely route of the infection. "What we suspect is happening is large droplets; they can stay in the air, but not long; they don't go far," he explained. "But they can be absorbed in the airway, and this is how the infection starts, and this is what we think, because we saw a lot of evidence in the lungs of the non-human primates that the virus got in that way."

From the same link as my last post we have this commentary on influenza.

Everyone who reads this post is encouraged to go follow the link and read further through the commentary.

Especially where mention is made that both the WHO and Euroflu are apparently reporting below baseline levels of influenza for the Northern Hemisphere.

This seems to be in stark contrast to what news is being reported, so why the wildly conflicting viewpoints?

One thing that stands out, yet again, is the constant presence of flu vaccination recommendations always being associated with these articles.

I am getting quite close to suspecting that there might be some other agenda at play here, all associated with this years influenza season.

Something just seems to be somewhat out of character here.

The flu season usually goes into high gear in January, but doctors here in south west Georgia say they're swamped with cases coming into the emergency room. Medical professionals in Phoebe say they have seen more than 1000 patients in the last 5 days. That's a 25 to 30 per cent increase from their regular volume. On Wednesday [14 Nov 2012] alone, 40 people tested positive for influenza virus infection.

Doctors have treated people of all ages for the virus infection. Anyone who hasn't gotten vaccinated is urged to do so.

This next study has some very sobering findings in it that are associated with the potential for H5N1 to mutate and spread directly to humans.

Abstract
Although increasing data have become available that link human adaptation with specific molecular changes in nonhuman influenza viruses, the molecular changes of these viruses during a large highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (HPAI) outbreak in poultry along with avian-to-human transmission have never been documented. By comprehensive virologic analysis of combined veterinary and human samples obtained during a large HPAI A (H7N7) outbreak in the Netherlands in 2003, we mapped the acquisition of human adaptation markers to identify the public health risk associated with an HPAI outbreak in poultry. Full-length hemagglutinin (HA), neuraminidase (NA), and PB2 sequencing of A (H7N7) viruses obtained from 45 human cases showed amino acid variations at different codons in HA (n=20), NA (n=23), and PB2 (n=23). Identification of the avian sources of human virus infections based on 232 farm sequences demonstrated that for each gene about 50% of the variation was already present in poultry. Polygenic accumulation and farm-to-farm spread of known virulence and human adaptation markers in A (H7N7) virus-infected poultry occurred prior to farm-to-human transmission. These include the independent emergence of HA A143T mutants, accumulation of four NA mutations, and farm-to-farm spread of virus variants harboring mammalian host determinants D701N and S714I in PB2. This implies that HPAI viruses with pandemic potential can emerge directly from poultry. Since the public health risk of an avian influenza virus outbreak in poultry can rapidly change, we recommend virologic monitoring for human adaptation markers among poultry as well as among humans during the course of an outbreak in poultry.

Re: <<Advancing Bird Flu-H5N1...Now following MERS and Ebola approaching PANDEMICS>>>
Normally I would refrain from posting here at this time of night.

I, like most, do have a need for balance and this thread does have a powerful negative undercurrent that I do acknowledge, it is part of what it is.

However our Uk anon has again found some very serious information, again on ebola and this needs to be answered immediately.

Please read her posts, you cannot afford not to.

This bug is a world changing killer and we do need to be monitoring what and where it is active.

I cannot thank UK anon enough for keeping a careful watch on this topic for relevant information on it, so to all readers please take particular notice of this information, it might be a life saving topic.

God I hope not!

But again as always a huge THANK YOU to UK anon, she may well save many lives with her works here and I dont know how any of us could ever show our appreciation for such an act of humanity.
