WHY IS THE SUN SO BRIGHT/OVERPOWERINGLY WHITE?

Just a thought - could this be the result of all the fluorescent lights that we're subject to?

We're used to them at work and in stores - but now people are using them in their homes as well. Then we're all on computers/laptops and our LCD screens are lit with fluorescent bulbs.

I'm not sure but are smart phones and tablets also fluorescent lit?

I know that I'm really sensitive fluorescent lights - they mess up my vision and bring on migraines regularly. It can take me an hour or longer to get my vision back to clear after a long stint under the lights.

So I'm wondering if it's part of the reason why the outside just seems a lot brighter and whiter?

It has to do with the frequency of light emitted. Because we're in a period of high solar activity, the wavelength of light emitted from the sun has changed somewhat.

Seriously the sun is fucked up this year. Just got back from my vacation, first time in 10+ years i got a sunburn and i was trying to be careful as fuck. I noticed some strange sun activity last year too, but this year is on another level. You get a very cool tan pretty quick, but the tan fades away pretty quick too, doesn't last for months like it used too. And it's deffo more bright too, even the sunsets are not of the same color in some beaches i visit every year since i was a child. Don't think this is a regular 11 year circle, never seen such things before with the sun activity.

Anyway there should be some sort of measure from last decades till present day but i know nothing about this things. Should be easy to debunk or verify.

I live in northern Sweden and believe me, we know how the sun shoud feel like. We are like idiots worshiping the sun as soon it comes to mars april untill september. I know years before the sun hardly burned up here, these days i could get a nice sun tan if only it wasnt raining every single day.

I suppose it is possible, but smience says it shouldn't happen for a few million more years...

It is alot brighter and more intense. You can feel it right through your clothes real easy. It's also setting in the NNW.

Used to be yellow, now it's more white.
I noticed this about 5 years ago.

The suns spectrum (the kind of light it gives off) follows the Wein/Planck emission law for an object with an effective temperature of 5778 K (that's Celcius +273)

There was a reduction in the ozone layer of about 6% which means about 18% more UV. So you get sunburned a little faster than you used to. It will take decades before the UV is back to normal.

It's a myth that the ozone layer is a constant.

The only thing constant about it is that it's constantly changing, regardless of our behavior.

Kinda similar to how the Sun changes, the Earth's climate, etc.

Probably more to it than we know (beyond our current scope of knowledge). Before we knew about radiation/plasma/chemical make-up of the sun, people believed the sun was a fiery god or made of fire - like a bonfire on earth.

We know a lot, but there is so much we probably don't know. Like why is it just far enough away to heat our planet, fuel our weather, ect. but not fry us like an egg or leave us cold as ice. Or like why did nature make the sun so difficult to look at, yet so essential to our evolution and our lives.

Basically because the sun is heating up as it ages.

All it takes a is bit of change in the Sun to produce massive changes on Earth.

A change in the temp of the sun by 1% is only like 60 kelvin.

Of course as far as I can tell production of CO2 and methane can have a multiplication of effects of the Sun on the Earth.

The only known way to cut the effect of people on the environment is to cut the number of people.

Just cutting back on the effect that people have will not work in the long run if the supply of people continued to increase.

There is no way to reduce the effect people have on the environment to zero.

One way or the other the supply of people will be cut.

I've noticed that the sun seems to be putting out more LOW frequency energy. I know there are those who say the sun is raising its vibration, but consider this:

When I put food under the sun to thaw, it thaws from a deep freeze in about 20 minutes now. Thaws all the way through, as if it were in a microwave oven.

Microwaves are much longer wavelength than visible light. They penetrate because of it. Consider how you can hear the bass in music far away, or outside the concert hall or the guy with his car stereo blasting and his windows closed, but not the treble. Low frequencies penetrate much better than high frequencies.

The sun is acting like a microwave oven, more than I recall before. That means it's LOWERING its vibration, or at least putting out more energy in the lower frequencies.
