Re: Does Jesus accept whoever ....'accepts' him?
Yes, Jesus accepts ANYONE who accepts Him. But please note that when I say "accept" I mean accept 100 percent. You can't continue to live your life of sin and accept Him. You have to admit you're a sinner, ask Him to forgive you, and change your ways. You will make mistakes of course, but your heart has to be right. Jesus died for all of us...even the worst of us. If Hitler had confessed before he died, he could be saved despite all the terrible things he did. Keep in mind we could never earn our salvation. The Bible says our righteousness is as filthy rags. However because of grace and faith we are saved. When we ask for forgiveness, God throws that sin into the sea of forgetfulness. When He looks at us, He doesn't see our sin. He sees Jesus in us.
Quoting: Dease

Most comforting and encouraging Dease. Let us remember however all who are delivered through the great tribulation are not pronounced 'saved'. They, like the resurrected ones enter into the 1,000 year opportunity to prove they have the 'right stuff' to defeat Satan when he is released at the end. The final test will determine who will be 'saved'.
"And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven with the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. 2 And he seized the dragon, the original serpent, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years. 3 And he hurled him into the abyss and shut [it] and sealed [it] over him, that he might not mislead the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After these things he must be let loose for a little while.' Rv20:14

Re: Does Jesus accept whoever ....'accepts' him?
He will accept you just as you are. Sins, etc., all in the package. However, once you have asked him to come into your life and change it, he will and he does. Your sins are washed away in the eyes of his father and you are then fit and able to enter the kingdom of heaven. The price for your sins (each and every one of them) was death. The price was paid for you and for everyone else who ever sinned. But that price was paid when Christ came to earth and suffered a horrible and unjust death on the cross. He paid the price for the sins of all mankind in one act of atonement. The sacrifice of a pure and perfect life atoned for all the sins of all men down thru the ages, past present and future. What must we do to have the benefit of this payment applied to our lives?? Just accept it. It's that simple. Just believe and accept that gift of eternal life.

You are not promised that you will be free of sin forever more. You are promised that you will be able to resist the temptations that previous ensnared you in sin. The life you have remaining on this earth will be better and the life you'll have with the Creator and His Son will go on for eternity.

You're right. Jesus said that all who cast our devils in His name will not be saved. Once again, it goes back to your relationship with Him. You have to know Him as your personal Lord and Savior.

So why do you get so hung up on thinking that sinning is wrong?

Christ means 'the anointed one'.

The anointing oil contained Kanna Bosm.

Kanna Bosm is translated in the Hebrew to English dictionary as Cannabis.

Those who went into tents- and inhaled of the incense- they had visions....

Those who stop usage of cannabis, ARE THE ANTICHRIST.

The facts are simple, It is your own resistances to the facts that are blinding you to the higher reality of your religion.

You do so to protect what you believe- to procure what it is that is "Correct and Good". A fatal flaw, but an understandable one in a world where people Wish to do Good.

You have been led off the path of evolution.
All religions were based on the use of entheogens.

If you have trouble with this, please consult the last 6000 years of human development.

Jesus is the personification of the Age of Pisces, the astronomical age we are currently in.
Christ can also refer to the consciousness that one can obtain by a method of self observation.

The rest, is moral candy.
It's about time for you to evolve.
The age of Pisces is almost over, and as such...
Jesus is leaving the building.

Cheers.

Quoting: Judethz

"He who has died has been acquitted if sin" Ro6:5 There is no judgment because the price has been paid.
This judgment is regarding what the resurrected do during the 1,000 year reign, which is why the second scroll is called 'the scroll of life'. This determines who will be granted salvation.
And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and scrolls were opened. But another scroll was opened; it is the scroll of life. And the dead were judged out of those things written in the scrolls according to their deeds. 13 And the sea gave up those dead in it, and death and Ha′des gave up those dead in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds. 14 And death and Hades were hurled into the lake of fire. This means the second death, the lake of fire. 15 Furthermore, whoever was not found written in the book of life was hurled into the lake of fire." Rv20:13

Actually it's violent mankind that hasn't changed;
"Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father. 37 For just as the days of Noah were, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 38 For as they were in those days before the flood, eating and drinking, men marrying and women being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark; 39 and they took no note until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be. 40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken along and the other be abandoned; 41 two women will be grinding at the hand mill: one will be taken along and the other be abandoned. 42 Keep on the watch, therefore, because YOU do not know on what day YOUR Lord is coming." Re: Does Jesus accept whoever ....'accepts' him?
This is a complicated issue, but we must not ignore God's sovereignty.

Free will has become a god to mankind, and is also, a false doctrine.

Men and women can't face the fact that God is working out his plan as a master orchestrator.

The scriptures are full of examples, and can be seen easily by those who want to know.

Do you think it was Gods will that Moses go into the wilderness thus yrs later, meeting God in the burning bush? How did Moses find himself in the desert, away from the palaces of Egypt? It was because he murdered a man. What did it take to have Moses, and that man he murdered, in the same location, and at the same time? You think free will lined this all up? Foolishness.

How about Samson, notice the reply from his father when Samson asked for him to get that women for him, and notice below that, it says (paraphrase) "for God had put that desire in Samson, in order to gain a way to judge the pharisees.

Jesus was asked about his death, and he replied that he could ask the father and the father would send multitudes of angels to save him, but Jesus refused to do so. Jesus says for this reason came I into the world. Did Jesus have free will.

I say men are moved by God. Bible (Scriptures) say so.

No fall in the garden, no Jesus, no marriage supper of the lamb, no heaven waiting for us.

It was and is all a plan of God.....Also who is saved? "Those destined to salvation". God draws, and shows mercy to those he desires to show mercy to...He puts it in your heart to desire him, to have faith, ETC...It is God's choice, we must be "OK" with his sovereignty.

If you can see it this way, and trust him even if he were to send you to hell, then you like Job, can say you trust him.

Hey.

This is what man says, it's standard church doctrine.

BUT its not what the scriptures say.

Romans CH 9 is clear, its up to God, and God chooses who to show mercy to...

If in fact we use your example of Hitler, and if we believe Jesus when he says "no one can come to me UNLESS the father draws them" then that would mean....Hitler was not drawn by the father, didn't accept Jesus, Hitler wasn't shown mercy, and Hitler went to hell.

Baptism is like enrolling in a class

you now have the OPPORTUNITY to get credit for the class

IF you do the work

there is much to be done IF you say you follow Jesus

a total mental transformation to complete with diligence

just because you enroll in the class does not mean you will pass and get credit
only means you have the OPPORTUNITY to pass and get credit
