So it might get confirmed in the next few hours if there is an eruption in Grímsfjall volcano or not.

It is unclear what is going on in Grímsfjall volcano at this moment. Harmonic tremor level continue to rise. They are currently way above what is normal for minor glacier floods from Grímsfjall volcano. This might be a minor eruption, or it might just be glacier on the move inside caldera. Whatever it is. This is not a strong event. As it only appears so far on only one SIL station. The one located on top of Grímsfjall volcano. Other SIL stations do not show any change so far. There is no earthquake activity in Grímsfjall volcano so far following this activity.

...I think the rise of the high-frequency tremors is due to water flow in a confined channel (under or within the glacier). The rise of the mid-frequency tremors may be associated to enlargement of this channel, or opening of a new larger channel. As always, the situation may change quite rapidly

A Magnitude 4.2 earthquake was detected at Loihi volcano in Hawaii.

Based on information from the RVO (Rabual Volcano Observatory), the Darwin VAAC reported that on 26 November, Manam volcano (Papua New Guinea) produced pyroclastic flows.

Ashfall from the Karymsky Volcano
...The Tokyo Volcanic Ash Advisory Center (VAAC) subsequently reported an explosive eruption at Karymsky on November 9 at 22:15 Universal Time.
This astronaut photograph of the resulting ash plume was taken approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes after the eruption began. The plume extends from the summit of Karymsky to the southeast, with brown ash deposits darkening the snow cover below the plume.

On reading the Hawaiian newspapers, we learn that an M 4.3 earthquake was recorded close to Loihi seamount on November 24th, 2012 at 17:59 (local time). The quake was located about 7 km east-northeast of the seamount at a depth of 17 km. It was felt across the Island of Hawaii.
Loihi seamount is an active volcano situated on the sea floor south of Kilauea Volcano about 30 km from the shoreline of Hawaii Big Island. Its summit is 969 m below sea level: ...

During the night. Harmonic tremor levels started to drop in Grimsfjall volcano. The reason for this harmonic tremor level increase remain unknown and unclear. But no volcano related activity has been seen or recorded so far in Grimsfjall volcano.

The Tokyo VAAC reported that an eruption of Tolbachik, Kamchatka began at around 10:45 (GMT). An initial ash plume rose to a height of 10 KM; ash was seen in satellite images...
One newspaper reported an eruption from Lokon-Empung volcano on November 28th. The eruption occurred at 10:05 (local time) sending an ash plume to a height of 3.5 KM a.s.l. Several ash plumes were also reported by the Darwin VAAC.
Paluweh volcano, Indonesia produced 2 ash plumes on 28 November. The plume travelled 30 KM to the west...
