If you had a *Vacation* choice...Dude Ranch or Bahamas, which one

LOL! I don't think so!! It's sort of like playing cowboy, only with deep fluffy beds, hot tubs, and delicious food (and plenty of it!). You wake up, have a huge breakfast, then can choose to ride horses (chuckwagon), go fishing (boxlunches) or just walk around and enjoy the hundreds of acres (lunch in the dining room). Dinners are often under the stars, many times a campfire is involved, and then you go back to your room to sink into your featherbed for the best and most restful sleep you've had in years, accompanied by a symphony of crickets and night birds.

I would choose the Dude Ranch over the Bahamas in a heartbeat! Besides, with the World the way it is now I would never leave the borders of the United States, and at least my money would support a business/industry HERE.

City folk need to go to a "working" dude ranch and get some dirt under their fingernails, maybe cut off some nuts and have a rocky mountain oyster feed.

The one with the tropical beach...lol. Tho I love camping, fishing and wilderness.

Depends on the individual and what they like both would be relaxing imo.

That would eliminate the Obesity Problem in the USA especially the Kids, let them go work on a Ranch during summer vacations...

Bahamas for sure. I live out in the country in the Western US, not a dude ranch but close. I've never been to a tropical paradise and I'd like to experience one.

But if I had my true, true choice... I'd go to New Zealand. Get the best of both worlds!

I wouldn't go to the Bahamas. Have you been? The Bahamians are rude and service everywhere is horrible.

For me, in the Bahamas..somewhere nice and warm.
