What happens is the Sun is at its lowest point in the sky on the 21st. And it stays there till the 23rd when it starts to rise again.

Time is always a changing:

it happens withing an individual lifetime, on a personal basis

it happens withing centuries, on a nation basis

it happens all the bantums on earth basis.

There will always be life.

The choosen ones will carry it on in one direction,

the other ones will struggle and want to carry it into another direction.

All life is possible, but to not mingle the ones with the others, every once in a time there is a seperation.
