The U.S. Government does fully comprehend the enormity of the problem because it keeps statistics published by the Department of Homeland Security that prove the U.S. continued to admit foreign labor into the country at higher rates than the pre-2008 recession levels. Between 2001 and 2006, the average number of admitted foreign “workers and trainees” into the U.S. was only 860,000. However, these numbers increased drastically beginning in 2007: 2007: 1,932,075 2008: 1,949,695 2009: 1,703,697 2010: 2,816,525 The above numbers are quoted from the Department of Homeland Security 2010 Yearbook of Immigration Annual Statistics, table 25, page 64, and shows the number of admitted foreign persons allowed into the U.S. as “workers and trainees.” That means every admitted foreign worker or trainee was admitted on an employment visa, which required every foreign worker had to be employed by a U.S employer before entering the U.S.; thus, every foreign worker was taking jobs that either would have been available to or were already occupied by U.S. workers. In the category of “Worker and Families” that were admitted into the U.S., the numbers increase by an average of 74% per year. Because many of these families include a working spouse, the impact on US. workers and lost U.S. jobs could be as much as doubled. [link to lawofficeofjamesaotto.com] NWO is alive and well |

According to USCIS administrative records, 25.2 million foreign nationals obtained LPR status between 1980 and 2009. By the end of 2009, an estimated 9.7 million (38 percent) had naturalized; 1.3 million (5 percent) had derived citizenship before becoming 18 years old; and 3.2 million (13 percent) had died or emigrated. An estimated 4.6 million LPRs had not met the residency requirement for naturalization, leaving 8.1 million LPRs eligible to apply to naturalize in 2010. dhs.gov/xlibrary/assets/statistics/publications/ois_lpr_pe_2010.pdf |

[link to lawofficeofjamesaotto.com] NWO is alive and well News Posted 11:00AM 05/12/11 The U.S. unemployment rate continues to hover around 9%, with nearly 14 million Americans out of work. Worse still, many of them are remaining unemployed for extended periods: According to April's numbers from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 5.8 million Americans have been out of work for more than 27 weeks. The Fed has estimated that the jobless rate may not drop below 9% on an extended basis this year, and could still be as high 8% by the end of 2012. The dual problems of unemployment and chronic, long-term joblessness raise the question of how long the federal and state governments will continue to provide extended jobless benefits. Congress voted late in 2010 to extend federal unemployment payments so that the nearly two million Americans who were about to lose financial support would not. A total of 33 states and the Virgin Islands have depleted their funds and borrowed more than $38.7 billion to provide a safety net, according to a report released Thursday by the National Employment Law Project. Four others are at the brink of insolvency. [link to money.cnn.com] |

He explains that jobs ARE available but greedy US corporations have devised a plan, backed with a corporate training program, to ensure that these said jobs dont go to americans. in addition, mr otto provides defacto statistics on 'WHERE Have ALL the jobs gone?' "It's a corporate world - Americans just live in it. And Suffer For It. The gutting of our economic democracy has been occurring for years and can be found in reams of books and volumes, of eyewitness testimony, but nowhere has the case for the theft of American jobs by banks, wall street and in corporate board rooms been laid out as brilliantly as when top Civil Rights attorney James Otto demonstrates that for the past 30 years, American firms have failed to adhere to civil rights laws. Otto declares corporations have installed surreptitious strategies to illegally discriminate against the entire American workforce. The result is a betrayed American dream of "fairness to all." We need a new way of doing things... We do not all have to work, and can not work anymore. When you rebuild a new factory, that once needed 3000 workers, the new factory will only need 200. Times are changing, and we need a new system. Last Edited by SLIPPERY NIPPPS on 03/26/2012 03:09 PM |

If so, shame on them for not providing adequate training for their own citizens. It would sure be great if there was a way to get the average wage paid to Americans before layoff, and the current rate of pay, paid to the foreign workers. |

Between 2001 and 2010, 2.8 million U.S. jobs were lost or displaced. Using a new model, the study by the Economic Policy Institute reveals a first look at how the growing trade deficits cost jobs in every congressional district, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
