On The Weather Channel, they are saying a tornado just hit Norman, Ok and that they are getting reports of damages.
They showed a live shot of the Sky and Jim Cantore said "It looks like the Mother Ship is parked over there"

Yes, There may have been a small tornado in Norman. I live just 10 miles north of there and our sirens went off but that is not unusual in Oklahoma at this time of year.

Yes, today, Saturday is expected to be worse and probably some storms on Sunday also.

There was some damage from the Norman tornado. Some roofs were damaged. Possibly on apartment complex lost part of a roof.

We have another line of storm cells moving this way.

Frankly I'm more concerned with the fact that the lightning and thunder literally scared the crap out of my daughters dog while I was at work and I am trying to scrub it.

I have noticed that the only threads people respond to (to any degree) are threads where the OP is exaggerating the situation.

The tornado in Norman was an F1 maybe an F2.

There are other tornado warnings in other areas west of OKC/Norman. No report yet on strength of those.

Possible large tornado near Altus now.
