You have to make your choice: either men repress their feelings or allow themselves to feel are lust and anger? And BTW, many man used to scarifice their lives for some values they stood for, like truth (Giordano Bruno), freedom from tirany, etc. When was the last time that a woman sacrificed her life for such values?

Personally, I believe all humans are responsible to care for themselves and their families first and then extend their care to others. But I do not believe the government should mandate that. I'm a conservative woman. I do not let the government brainwash my children in the public school system either. My family is MY responsibility.

Evolutionary speaking, it makes sense that the women of the early human tribes developed a long standing share and help each other mindset, for survival purposes, while the menfolk were out trying to spear a moose for dinner, you know?

When I was younger, I was under the impression that men ran the household. I married, did my part very well.

Got up, made my man breakfast before work.
Cleaned the house, worked out, took a shower.
Got dinner ready for when he got home.

This was my daily routine for about 5 months. Then he came home and said he lost his job, which was quite a feat since he worked for my uncle.

Then he lost several jobs and we were on the verge of losing our apartment.

So, I got a job, which I kept.

He didn't like it, but how were we supposed to eat?

He wouldn't let me take the only car to work so I took a cab. Because he was out looking for a job, but after finding more than one bottle of whiskey under the seat of my car and finding out he was at the strip joint all day everyday spending my money one bill at a time.

I figured out he wasn't a man, not in the sense that I had been taught.

I've been out with several men since and none of them turned out to be men either.

So, I decided to take care of things on my own.

Now I'm the bad guy for being completely independent.

We are damned if we do and damned if we don't.

F*ck it. At least I answer to no one.

I am a woman and very conservative. There are many women in my rather large family and they are all conservatives. This includes sisters, mother, grandmothers, aunts, cousins, etc. I have many female friends who are also conservatives.

I think females in general are more prone to extremes, or rigid ideological thinking. This goes beyond what's traditionally thought of as politics and includes stuff like religion [religions would be DEAD by now without women], the concept of 'royalty' [the British would have gotten rid of their 'royalty' and king/queen by now, it's primarily females and female voters who prop them up], radical self-described 'environmentalist', and so-on.

Hitler is on record as saying he never would have gotten into power without the strong and radical support of women, he said this was essential. Where women go, many men will follow. Marketers/advertisers know this,also. Clubs and bars know this. Facebook knows this.

Group-think is ideal for female 'empowerment' [i.e. control]. Males by nature are more likely to act rogue, have rogue ideas, and so-on.

One more time: females and males are of one and the same species. Women are not a subspecies, nor to all women share the same personality traits, any more than men do. If you want to claim something is a universal property intrinsic to a being, there can be no exceptions. And looking through history and across cultures, what is "masculine" or "feminine" varies widely. There are simply too many exceptions to these ridiculous sweeping generalizations.

But if you want to use them anyway, it is women who are known for being more stable, while men are known for being wild and using violence to replace rational debate. You even admit this with your last sentence.

Absent a reliable and honorable father/husband/BF, it's very difficult financially for a lone woman to have a baby and properly raise it. So yes, the concept that women can 'do it all' and spit out kids without worrying about having a daddy around, is predicated on government social services. They act as a substitute for a reliable mom and dad.
