Off course they know about this and i too agree that if we take the tranche and get in this 3rd memorandum we are doomed, hard default and a fresh start is the best and only thing that could work for Greece, even Merkel's advisers told her so 3 years back, but here we are in the same BS everyday since then.

I just saw in Tv that the lawyers association will impugnate and send the portuguese 2013 state budget imediately to constitution court, so we will not have budget untill the court has a decision!
