Bilderberg Build-A-Burger

I just googled Build-a-burger and the Bilderberg group came up as the first listing.This raises a question...if the so called "elite" (or at the very least those that think they are better than all of us and therefore take that belief as a mandate to control the world) could build-a-burger what might it consist of?
