The thing about soul mates is this...If there is something significant that happens during your day, like this, they communicate it without speaking. So, he has heard me already.

I remember one day that I was staring at a Crunchie chocolate bar and I was thinking about how I hadn't had one in such a long time...later that day, he asked me if I brought him his crunchie.

Bad timing...a misunderstanding (or perhaps more accurately, a mis-hearing) that started the dominoes all falling in the wrong direction...and the two of us each trying to put right what went wrong, without a clue as to what HAD gone wrong.

In other words, a completely needless and mistaken communication breakdown that poisoned the well, so to speak.

But no matter what ever happens, she'll always be the best part of me, and I'll love her 'til the day I die.

Sounds identical to our situation? You sure you live in the US?

Can you call her to tell her how you feel?

The similarities are eerie...right down to the time frame and the mentioning of Superman. (don't ask)

She's since moved (I don't know where to, or why)...and I no longer have her number. Not for a lack of looking, I assure you.

She could much more easily find me, though obviously she hasn't. It's certainly possible she's got someone else, and honestly I'd be happy for her if that's the case.
