Op, I was looking under the pic. Tepco says there's some sort of horizontal line where two cameras are coming together? Something like that. Are you sure that isn't what you're seeing?

100% positive...I have checked/watched this cam every single day for 440 days +

Hmmmm, looks like something's been purposefully blurred.

As a poster mentioned above...it a cover over the lens that TEPCO installed to most likely protect the cam from radiation.

The put the seam in the middle.

The top of reactor 4 sat well above that seam yesterday...thats changed.

Can someone confirm this PLEASE..

Plants dont feel radiation the same as we do...and it did turn brown over the winter.

Its pretty obvious to me...it always had a good dose of inward curve, now the whole floor has buckled in.

and the cole's notes version of this is.....

I think that the cranes are removing parts of the wall in order to create access for structural reinforcement and removing the spent rods.

That is one crane job I wouldn't want.
