Each intel is dependent on multiple levels of analysis based on certain complex factors that can't be comprehended by simpletons such as you. The delays are due to faulty intel fed to my contacts from sources whose accuracy are dependent on variable factors that can change from time-to-time without warning. Recent intel that is compared with real-life data clearly shows a rise is seismic activity, and this will all culminate with a Magnitude 9.8 earthquake, to happen NO LATER than December 8 2012.
