What would make it a Holocaust? One million and 1 dead? One million and 2 dead?

Sadly GLP has debated this subject Ad nauseam. No matter how the facts and evidence stacks up, there are just two groups of people who really care about the subject.

I have my own ideas. Overwhelming facts are pretty easy to come by, if someone is interested in research.

The Jews were treated horrendously by the German Nazis, in a similar way today's Palestinians are treated by Israel.

This world is VERY fucked-up, by a relatively small number of psychopaths, who by their nature worm their way into positions of power, influence and money. The outcome becomes bleaker as every day goes by...

Actually, they were treated quite decently according to the many International Red Cross reports. In many cases they were much better off in the camps than in the German civilian areas which were getting bombed to smithereens, especially towards the end of the war.

The International Red Cross was NOT allowed into the concentration camps like Bergen / Belsen, and extermination camps like Auschwitz and Sobibor.

The ONLY camp the International Red Cross was allowed to visit was Theresienstadt, a so called model camp, the Nazi's used as propaganda to dispell rumours about other camps, and show the Red Cross / the rest of the world, that their treatment of Jewish inmates was decent. Just google Theresienstadt and find out more about it.

And as proof what the Nazi's really did to the Jewish population of Europe, some actual recordings of Heinrich Himmler, head of the SS, have survived, in which he openly talks about the "extermination of Jews" in front of party members, the so called Poznan speech or Posen speeches (look especially after 1 minute 50 seconds!):

What the Allies did at Nuremberg was get junior military officers and junior Nazi apparatchik to testify against their superiors (the well-known, infamous Nazis) in exchange for sparing their lives, greatly reducing their prison sentences, or serving no jail time at all. The Allied judges would routinely prohibit defense witness testimony. In short, the Nuremberg Trials were dog-and-pony shows, designed for public consumption. And what could the Germans do? They were at the complete mercy of the Allies. The victors write the history.

This isn't to say high-ranking Nazis weren't guilty of crimes; sometimes heinous. I'm simply demonstrating how the victors write the history any way they want, particularly after a war like WWII where Germany was completely obliterated, had unconditionally surrendered, and was under military occupation of its entire country by the world's superpowers.

Sure Jews died (as opposed to being gassed) at the camps. Japanese Americans died at internment camps in America, too.

I'm suspect of that video. Reason: It says "jewish evacuation", then says "extermination". Which is it? It was, in fact, a jewish evacuation. Read on, especially starting at 3:30. He talks about how the Jews are being taken from society so they can't be saboteurs as they were in WWI in Germany (1916-17).

If this is a genuine video (audio, actually. Who knows who's really talking) and if it's authentic and not a piece of propaganda (which I suspect it is), I would say that he's speaking to his constituency. Just as every politician does. Politicians know their audience. They speak to them; telling them what they want to hear. Romney's "47%" remarks. G.W. Bush's "Some people call you the elite. I call you my base" remarks. Obama's "great flexibility" remarks. Politicians tell their audience what they want to hear.

Where is the single shred of documentary proof of this "holocaust"? There is none. Nothing. Do you honestly think a program of systematic extermination of 6 million jews could be without documentation?

Jews were removed from German society ONLY WHEN WWII began (why not before? Hitler came to power in 1933. Why did they only start going to camps in 1939?) because they were a perceived threat to the German state, as a result of past actions in Germany during WWI. The American Government removed a perceived threat from society, too, at the onset of WWII -- Japanese Americans.

The constant onslaught of Holocaust movies and books from the mainstream culture casts a lot of doubt on the truth of the event. Something that is true doesn't need that constant repetition.

Unlike the American Government having no bad previous experience with Japanese Americans, Germans had a bad experience of being betrayed by Jews within their own country in WWI, just 21 years prior.

World War I changed EVERYthing -- Backstabbing of Germany. Mass Ashkenazi immigration to Palestine. The unrealistic post-war punishment of Germany. The destruction of the last of the mainland European monarchies. Guess who that benefitted?

Forgot one of the most important results of WWI -- the carving up of the Ottoman Turkish Empire into the current mess we have today, mixing Sunni and Shi'a, and dividing tribes.
