I wish HISTORY would show AA instead of marathons of Ice Road Truckers and Pawn Stars/Ricks Restorations.

Ancient Aliens if far more entertaining, but so far they're only running the new stuff on History "2" channel.

Heck I'd rather watch reruns of AA than watch hours of people driving trucks on ice or repainting old coke machines. Even if you don't believe in Aliens, the locations they visit are interesting.

I can read.... I wanted to make sure she was talking about the correct channel... I thought History channel and History 2 (H2) were pretty standard channels are far as having cable access, so I was just following up.

Ancient Aliens debuted in 2009 on the regular History Channel. Season 1 comprised of six 2-hour long episodes. They were amazing. I recorded them as their aired and remember watching them multiple times because they were so well done and I was fascinated by the content....

After Season 1 they shifted to a 1 hour format for episodes and started to focus on more isolated subject matters and for whatever reason, the production and content declined.
