Why were Police using a Sniffing Dog at the scene of a personal injury accident? What was the dog there to sniff out? It sounds to me as though they were just using the Dog as an excuse to arrest this Batman guy cause they couldn't come up with any other reason to arrest him... Psalm 90:4 .. 2 Peter 3:8
