It continues to climb and everyday I'm seeing the result of it The biggest indicator I see is people moving in together...multiple households sharing expenses. Single people as well as families. To split the burden of rent, utilities, etc. These are people that used to live comfortably on their own....not young people leaving the nest for the first time. And this further reduces the need for housing units. So Obama's effort to jump-start HOMEBUILDING, of all industries, is corrupt. Well I guess he wants jobs for his illegal population, but it's really a stupid policy for the overall economy. Housing will contract, and the last thing we need is more housing. |

We need about 200,000 at least per month to stay even. So 114,000 new jobs translates to higher unemployment. So why did the count of unemployed go down? I think it's as simple as people exhausting their unemployment benefits and no longer being counted as unemployed. In fact, didn't we read a month or two ago that Obama was going to kick people off unemployment soon? I guess it's happening now and making his percentage unemployment look better. |

It mainly went down due to the fact that those that can no longer claim unemployment are marked off as no longer in line but still unemployed, just not on the taxpayers tit. |

Manipulation is just one of the obvious ploys of this administration and these numbers today are just bullshit. 50 years ago the press would have posted that on every major newspaper across the country. BULLSHIT You can move and change and get the numbers where you want, but contracting the number of jobs available to get the numbers where you need them is just fucking dirty. Shame on this administration. |
