Parents Sue Dr. after Baby's Head cut off during birth | |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 25265906 United States 10/10/2012 12:09 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Sounds like the doctors should have just let them deliver the baby themselves since they seem to think they know better. Nature had already tried to keep these deformed people from reproducing, hopefully they get the message now and stop trying to extend their defective genes. |

I feel pretty sorry for everyone in this scenario, including the Dr. Not sure why he didn't go ahead with the planned c-section, but docs get accused of doing them unnecessarily all the time. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25265906 WTF are you on about ? There was NO mention of a deformity. The fetus developed renal abnormalities. That doesn`t mean it was deformed ! Because the babies stomach was extended, they should have preformed a C-Section but they didn`t. Yeah they fucked up bigtime. Plus you are saying the parents have defective genes because they used in-vitro ? You are just fucked beyond belief if you think that infertile couples who have children are deformed. Fuck off idiot. |

Quoting: samanthasunflower That doctor needs to have his medical license removed permanently and he needs to go to jail for murder. The very idea that he yanked the baby apart during delivery. This happens more than you think especially before modern medicine. Back in the day if shit went wrong and the baby got stuck it would be easy for someone to accidentally pull something that fragile apart in a panic. This is what doctors had medical insurance for anyway. The parents will win a shit ton. Ayatollah Khomeini: “Islam makes it incumbent on all adult males, provided they are not disabled and incapacitated, to prepare themselves for the conquest of [other] countries so that the writ of Islam is obeyed in every country in the world. But those who study Islamic Holy War will understand why Islam wants to conquer the whole world…. Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says: Kill all the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims should sit back until they are devoured by [the unbelievers]? Islam says: Kill them [the non-Muslims], put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]. Does this mean sitting back until [non-Muslims] overcome us? Islam says: Kill in the service of Allah those who may want to kill you! Does this mean that we should surrender to the enemy? Islam says: Whatever good there is exists thanks to the sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for Holy Warriors! There are hundreds of other [Koranic] verses and Hadiths [sayings of the Prophet] urging Muslims to value war and to fight. Does all that mean that Islam is a religion that prevents men from waging war? I spit upon those foolish souls who make such a claim.” |

I have been misdiagnosed by a Pakistani doctor who could hardly speak English, who was working in an English doctors surgery. He misdiagnosed my simple condition 3 times. Then a really good Indian doctor resolved the problem in my first visit. He spoke very good English and was very professional. The Indian doctor was very surprised that I had been given the wrong treatment for this condition as it was a very simple one that a qualified doctor should have known. We never had simple issues like like 30 years ago, so something is very wrong. |

Lawsuit Claims Baby Was Decapitated During Delivery at Mercy A lawsuit naming two Creve Coeur doctors and OBGYN practices in connection with a delivery at Mercy St. Louis Hospital was filed in late September. The hospital is not a party in the suit. OUTSIDE ST. LOUIS, MO -- According to a 10-count complaint filed in St. Louis County Circuit Court, a local couple claims that doctors involved with the delivery of their baby coerced them into a vaginal delivery against their wishes and then hid the fact that their baby had been decapitated during the delivery process. Arteisha Betts and Travis Ammonette, of Florissant, are suing Midwest Maternal & Fetal Medicine Services, LLC, Signature Medical Group Inc., both in Creve Coeur, as well as Dr. Gilbert Webb and Dr. Susan D. Moore. The suit does not list Mercy Hospital St. Louis, where the March 2011 event took place, as a defendant. And here are the doctors involved.
