Haven't touched one since. I have a new lease on life. My dreams are returning. I have so much more time on my hands. I can have sex for A LOT longer. I can laugh loudly or sing without coughing. My skin is looking GREAT. I can smell things I haven't smelt for years. My partner still smokes, I can taste it in the air. It gives me no desire to smoke. I really don't want to. I am a reformed smoker. You can do it too. And if at first you don't succeed, please, please, try, try and try again. EJF |

Geez, there is light at the end of the tunnel! You all give me inspiration to stay smoke free! I mean that. Kudos to you all! BxMac User ID: 18472095 United States 02/20/2013 01:17 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Grumps! Great to hear from you. It seems things are going well on your end. Exciting news about the foreign exchange student you guys took in. If I recall correctly, you said his name was Yuri and that he was from St. Petersberg. The kid's a long way from home, but between his first year of college, and the experience of staying with you, I'm sure he won't be homesick long. On another note, don't be too hard on yourself, you'll get that beet and potato soup dish down and perfected in no time. Sorry to hear he had to leave that girl Tatyanna behind in St. Petersberg (and eight months pregnant to boot, wow!). Don't even think of paying for her to come over, Grumps. You old softy, you. And, no, I don't think I'd be too worried about him shaving his head and wearing red Doc Martin boots (although, why he'd call the boots his 'Paki Bashers' escapes me). You know kids. Just exploring the boundries. Things are good on this end. Day 80 for me today. Yeah, buddy! Just wanted you to know how much you helped me in reaching this mark. Keep those cards and letters coming. They mean much. Until then, I'm glad this finds you well and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Oh, and I wouldn't be too concerned about Yuri muttering what you believe sounds like, "Capitalist Swine I will cut you" under his breath. I'm sure it's just tied to jet lag and getting acclimated. Best to you, sister. |

Swedish Snus has truly turned my addiction for tobacco more into an enjoyment than a hindrance. Its not something that I can describe, and it probably isn't for everyone. I just know I enjoy it, and I don't smoke anymore. |
