OP what if the Old testament has facts that can lead to a theory similar to sithcin's about ancient gods?
For instance:
- in genesis man was made from earth (at proper sense or figurative sense) in God's image
-the cherubims might be some sort of machines according to their description from the bible
-the angels that visit Abraham needed to rest, wash and eat. Later on when the visited Lot they were in danger of being harmed by the villagers. What kind o spirtiual beings gets tired, needs to wash, and can be hurt by flesh beings, humans? If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God (i do) then you should have no problems in believing that the angels took bodies for this trip.
-the glory of Yahweh can kill Moses unless he keeps a distance and Yahweh protects moses in some way. Now how come Yahweh is not able to control his glory? and how can his glory kill a human beings? in my opinion God's glory can do only good.
Sitchin's theory, of ancient gods being flesh beings (i don't know from where) might have a solid unexpected proof in the old testament that you have in your house.

I do not know if it is truth or not.
I do believe there are some truths in it
but entirely true is a different matter.
There are contradictions within the OT
itself. But knowing whether or not they
were deliberate falsehoods and funded
by elites might be a lil harder to prove
in ancient times.
