I am trying to raise my awareness and vibration although I feel the area between my eyes pulse in a circular way and see light when I close my eyes I get no further than feeling the sensation of movement. I want to open my chakras advice please.

Raising your vibration is as simple as doing little acts of kindness in your world and the world around you. Think positive about others... speak kind words to others.

Try loving yourself unconditional first then try and love others around you.... better yet let the poor slob out into traffic once in a while.

The new-age movement is a crock of shit. Anyone who says they are enlightened you should be couscous about.

Enlightenment is not attainable in human form. Its a path by which we all follow to make ourselves better people. Its a life long path to enlightenment. Help your neighbors, do good deeds, think positively and help who ever, when ever you can without any sense of gaining something you my friend will be on the right path.
