Yes, your thread title claims Hurricane Valerie, and there is no Hurricane Valerie, and there won;t be any Hurricane Valerie associated with this Nor'easter.. The storm is well of the coast, and the impacts will be minimal as compared to other Nor'easters that have hit this area..

I can predict the weather better that any meteorologist.. I have bee living on this coast for over 4 decades.. The storm is not going to do shit but drop some snow.. The only doom is that southerners can drive in the snow and most will be in the ditch Thursday Morning.. OMG!!!!

I appreciate your updates OP, but please stop calling it a hurricane, and a named one (Valerie) at that.

I live in NJ, an area highly effected by Sandy, and if I wasn't informed that it was a Nor'Easter, etc, I would be shitting my pants right now, worrying about MORE damage.

Those who may be in the North East and don't know about the Nor'Easter (how could you not, but playing devil's advocate), might get really upset thinking there is another hurricane barreling its way into the area.

Please just call it what it is: a Nor'Easter. Thanks..

And as far as hurricane winds, I don't know about that.. but I do know it's going to be a pain in the ass storm on top of what we're already going through.

Maybe you should be worked up.. This storm has the potential to hurt a lot of people.. This.isnt Sesame Street were talking about.. Try getting the fuck out of the area instead of sitting there and whining about being scared, then when hell breaks lose u cry for help.. Listen to Luis or GTFO
