Most of the problem is women. I know a lady (using the word loosely) that has a baby with a black dude. Her daughter is 15 or so.

She has never even went after the guy for child support. Based off him telling her that he wouldn't pay it.

Her oldest daughter that's 21 had a baby last year with a black dude. She also believes him when he says I won't pay it.

I'm not putting this off as a black or white thing.

But both these women are white and both they baby daddys are black.

They don't get any food stamps you say... Well yes they do!

Ive had sole custody of my daughter for about 5 years now. My ex was ordered to pay the rediculously low amount of 125$ a month. Know how many payments shes made? 0$. The closest i got to a payment was when they found out she had a job, they deducted one 75$ payment from her check. She quit that weekend after finding out theyd be deducting child support from her checks there from now on. Shes now somewhere between five and six thousand dollars behind. I just had my lawyer file with the courts to get the amount increased (were shooting for 300$ a month.). I figure if I am not going to get paid, i might as well not get paid as much as possible. So far the actions the states taken for nonpayment is taking her license (which was helpful since she didnt have a car), and intercepting her tax refunds (which shell never have since she doesnt work). They put her in jail one night for non payment, next morning she told the judge she didnt have a job or money so the judge released her.

The system sucks. It doesnt work. These dead beat pieces of shit should either work, or be put in jail.

the solution is to get rid of child support interest charges, and all other charges not related to real child support.
Interest charges was invented by radicals to steal more money from the social security trust fund using matching funds, and to en sure slavery to the man.
So, if you take away interest charges, and welfare re pay back, and interest charges on that too. That $53 biilion would be cut in half...

the real cause of people not paying their child support is control. They were controlling in the relationship and are going to continue thereafter by exerting their control and not paying, except if they feel like it. These people are the same ones that will buy Pampers and pay your shut off bill if you ask nicely, but will not pay the support award and do everything they can to ruin their own lives just to spite the other person.
