So the neighbors had to call the police to babysit and potty train some womans teenagers and toddler. They've been peeing on the neighbors cars. The officer's potty training method is to write citations. Don't we have childrens protective services anymore? I never liked the idea that the state can take children from their families but in this case its bettet than waiting for the neighbors to start shooting.
