Hopefully he will come that day by c-section. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 22736531 Also joked with the doctor would be even awesome if he was born at 12:12am/pm. We joke he is truly our conspiracy baby. We will call him Lanther as there is no name anywhere we have found with that name. We are struggling with a Middle name and would love to hear any suggestions. We want an unusual name that will be his OWN. A name noone has. GLP People are very creative with their "words" LOL so we thought it'd be fun to see what you all could suggest. Thanks to all who take this seriously. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 26566308 United States 11/09/2012 07:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | THATS THE POINT. All our names have a meaning, which in a sense we are preprogrammed to believe that is what we are to live up to. BECAUSE it has no meaning, he can be his OWN individual and write the pages in his own book of life. I personally like the idea the name Lanther is not found ANYWHERE. To my husband and my self, that is definately a one of a kind. And we want him to grow and be HIS own man, independant, self assured, self empowered, etc. We have only found the name in one other place that some guy here in u.s. is using. Okay well, in your quest to be original, you're following the herd of MILLIONS of other soccer moms doing the SAME damn thing, namely, giving their kids names that are merely one letter different from some word or name that actually means something. In 1974 my parents thought, "Hey, there aren't many kids named Matthew..." Alas, millions of other parenrs thought the same, so that there were at least TWO other Matthews in my classes in school. Your kid will be the FIFTH kid in his class every year with some meaningless spelling variant soccer mom name. Americans are so stupid. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 1430445 United States 11/09/2012 08:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Do not name your child LANTHER!!!!!!!!!!! Google it, you will see, it has been used and usually in association with dogs and Panthers. Would you name your child Spot? Buster? Zephyr? Go for a location you love, or a type of location if you love Conspiracy even calling your child "METROPOLIS" is better than Lanther. For a second name the rule of thumb is to alternate the number of syllables. Like Metropolis Skyway Smith. But if your last name has three syllables then the middle name would only have one or two syllables. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 26416331 The odds of this baby being born on the 12th are ridiculously slim. As for the OP, I doubt this story is real. The husband is in Mensa, but isnt smart enough to realize that just because he is smart his kids aren't guaranteed intelligence? :malefav: I love this place!! |
