Let me tell you, I recently moved in with two friends, things were alright for about 5 days, then came the weekend. I went out with some friends for a game of pool and had a few drinks, I don't tolerate alcohol too well, so I left a bit earlier to go sleep it off.

So later the evening they're back, two friends of mine, and they brought a girl along. I got up and talked with them for a while and went back to bed. I wake up a while later to find all three of them in my room, one guy naked and the other two in a state of undress, pretty pissed off, I kicked them out.

Turns out they had an orgy in the living room. I was shocked, and I moved out that very day.

It was here that I realised that I can't do the things they do, I can't manipulate people like that, to satisfy my desires. Some might call me weak, but I don't care, I don't want to be like that. I sometimes feel like getting away from society and everything.

We are fallen angels who chose to separate from God. Big mistake! Now were just looking for a way back thats all :-)

No, I believe I am good because I feel guilt and have a conscious. I feel shame and remorse. I believe that Evil is tempting us more now then ever, it is our duty to resist evil. It sounds like you want to run away from evil.

I don't think Jesus wants to be worshiped. That is a tradition of men. I think he wants to be loved - I believe it is written "I will draw you with cords of love."

Yes. You have to give your life over to God completely, not just when you are in trouble or feel like it. It's super hard to do, esp. when you are a control freak and it will take practice. It's something you have to work at everyday. Find a church that is true to the Word and you are comfortable at. Speak to the pastor and join a Bible study group. Find some podcasts that help strengthen your faith. I love my local Calvary church, and Father Greg Laurie's podcasts are really great (A New Beginning).

Remember to rejoice in the Lord everyday, give thanks for your blessings, and know that he is in control of everything, including the state of the world today. Ask for his guidance in these tough times.

Lastly, we are all sinners so don't beat yourself up. Do your best every day to be the person God wants you to be and remember that you are forgiven. When you screw up, sincerely pray and ask for forgiveness. You will feel the weight lift.

Because the alternative is unsafe for women and children. Being civilized requires work. Some of it inner work.

Satan will give you "material" wealth if you do his bidding but it is lmited to your short lifespan here... God will give you eternal wealth that will last forever when you leave this place... real wealth in this world is showing people how much you love them

Christian, Muslim, Athiest all all others are individual humans. We know what is damaging and helpful to other humans because we are the same as them. To know what you dont want to happen to you, and then commit it to some one else, DOES NOT require religious belief.

Lets go back to Christian philosophy though.
