You'd be surprised at the difference it makes when you drink water "blessed" by your own thoughts than to drink just ordinary water.

Many modern day prophets and visionaries tell that all water and food is contaminated and yes we are to bless everything before we consume it.

However if blessing your home, car, etc, that should at least be priest-blessed holy water, if not by a priest himself
