Can you be a little more specific about what you want to have done, I may be able to help. And like the ac ahead of me said, you can get it cheap, or fast, but not both.

Looking to get a 2"x2"x6" aluminum block drilled out on the 2"x2" face with a hole of 1 3/4" that extends vertically through the length and stops about 1/2" from the bottom of the block. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

Why don't you find a local machine shop that could do an extra job for a few bucks. That's what I do. Support your local people.

Use plastic to keep your costs down? And for mass production they could be molded etc. instead of machined.
