Do You See Jupiter In The Sky Near The Moon Right Now Or Not? 11/29/2012 Thursday h. 7 PM | |
DUCM900 (OP) User ID: 28732990 Italy 11/29/2012 07:43 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Perhaps the fault is with the observer. Others have said they saw Jupiter today. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17989851 The moon was pretty high in the sky and the clouds was far away from the moon specially on the near top were jupiter was supposed to be. Anyway you can check yourself with your eyes right now. Q: Do you see Jupiter right now? YES // NO That's it, simple. Last Edited by IWASTHERE on 11/29/2012 08:26 PM |

Weasel_Turbine User ID: 14143765 United States 11/29/2012 08:14 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Yes, but pretty the same. Anyway the point is that jupiter was not physically visible at all as it was yestarday. . Perhaps the fault is with the observer. Others have said they saw Jupiter today. Bolded is likely the case. I just saw them both rise. Jupiter is about an hour ahead of the moon. Right now it appears above and to the right of the Moon with a distance about 2 fists held at arms length away. Later on when both are high in the sky Jupiter will appear more to the right and not above. When they set Jupiter will be below the Moon. Of course that is all the field rotation stuff that DUCM900 doesn't believe in. An orange cresent covering the bottom of the moon. Actually quite beautiful, but very strange! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 844742 Tnx, but the thread is about jupiter, not the moon. Do you see it or not? if yes, can you post a proof? Sorry OP, didn't mean to troll your thread. Just got really excited about what I observed re: moon |

Weasel_Turbine User ID: 14143765 United States 11/29/2012 09:38 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Jupiter started out beside the Moon and the Moon crossed the sky slower because of its orbit. Jupiter set first as it was supposed to. How would it be above the Moon when it set first? Tonight, Jupiter rose first and while rising appears above the moon. When it sets it will set first and appear below the Moon. That's the field rotation you don't believe in. Prove that what I said about Jupiter appearing above the Moon when rising will appear below when setting is false. You can't prove either.
