Person445 (OP) User ID: 11438968 Canada 11/30/2012 10:14 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Coconut Water has been heavily advertised on the market for a while now (not to be mixed up with Coconut Milk) as a hot health-drink, but did you know that it has the SAME electrolyte balance as our blood plasma? Coconut Water is one of the biggest sources of electrolytes out there and is almost identical in composition to human blood plasma. In fact, during the Pacific War, coconut water (taken straight from a coconut, it acts as a universal donor) was used as emergency blood plasma transfusions to wounded soldiers. Apparently, this is still done in some third world countries. Wild, right? Since coconut water is always nestled into a coconut, it is always sterile and ready to drink (or inject), because the layers of the coconut act as a filter. (Disclaimer: these are facts about what some people do in EMERGENCY situations, mainly in the past. In today's world, coconut water is around for us to rejuvenate our blood with electrolytes by drinking it.) You are what you eat. Imagine that you take on the vibration of the food you eat. If it's a low vibration meal like meat then what do you think happens? |

You can drink it, eat it, fry with it and even use it for blood. Yes, coconuts are the hippest thing sinse texas hold-em. But unlike the fine art of poker playing, coconuts are no bluff, they're the real thing. Quoting: Person445 Here's why! DRINK IT Nothing refreshes like the juice of a young coconut. Simple sugars, electrolytes, and minerals replenish the body's hydration levels. Consider the filtration method of the coconut; it extracts water from the Earth through osmosis. This filters all the way to the very top of the tree and then into the completely sealed shell of the coconut. This stuff is absolute pure goodness. Cytokinins in coconut water contain significant anti-aging, anti-carcinogenic, and anti-thrombotic effects. Coconut water is a very good source of B-complex vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamin, pyridoxine, and folates. EAT IT The fiber in coconut is insoluble and therefore indigestable, but this is a good thing! A feeling of fullness and 0 calories from fiber is the result and one sparkling clean bowel. Con't @ [link to www.westcoasttruth.com] I love everything coconut. The oil is the best out there, heat stable, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-viral and a great saturated/mono-unsaturated profile. The water is the most refreshing drink available, all natural not like those colored artificial Gatorade type drinks and vitamin waters. Even coconut flour is awesome! If you have any interest in your own health or those you love, it would benefit you to look into coconut. Tropical Traditions is a great website to check out for quality product and when on sale, their prices are difficult to beat. Good health to you all! Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28751458 You either are a disinfo agent or have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Soap? WTF are you talking about? Also, there is NOTHING better for diaper rash then coconut oil. I mean NOTHING! Be careful though for some strange reason when I put it on my kids in the morning the diaper seems like it explodes? It's weird but works amazingly. And put it on your dry skin. It'll turn your skin back to being baby soft. Last Edited by daydreamin on 11/30/2012 10:47 AM |
