Coconut Water has been heavily advertised on the market for a while now (not to be mixed up with Coconut Milk) as a hot health-drink, but did you know that it has the SAME electrolyte balance as our blood plasma? Coconut Water is one of the biggest sources of electrolytes out there and is almost identical in composition to human blood plasma. Love coconut oil to cook with and use for dry skin, all over! And I give it to my dogs and also after their bathes rub into their skin. Makes them soft and smell so good

Also, there is NOTHING better for diaper rash then coconut oil. I mean NOTHING! Be careful though for some strange reason when I put it on my kids in the morning the diaper seems like it explodes? It's weird but works amazingly.


And put it on your dry skin. It'll turn your skin back to being baby soft.

I love buying the large jars of it! I have some in my bathroom for use on my skin as well as one in my kitchen for cooking!

Coconut oil is definitely an anti-fungal, I have used it for this before. I know my skin gets really, really dry in the winter though and while I use it to moisturize my face, I think my skin personally needs something a bit heavier for the dry air. Was going to do olive oil after coconut oil.

daydreaming - we are starting to remove it from our grocery selection. it is really only meant for candles and soap... our most popular brands have had it.. like our beloved mayonese....but it is no good. they are starting to replace it with soya oil.

Also, if you want that classic movie theatre popcorn taste, pop it in coconut oil. They don't do this in theatres anymore. It was banned years ago for being too unhealthy by the FDA.

I'm personally really impressed with marketing professionals. I remember a few years ago no one gave a shit about pomegranates either, and look at it now. Same thing with coconuts. You've got to admit, there are some real geniuses working for some of the top marketing/ad firms in this nation.
