An 8-year-old girl was bitten by a dolphin she was feeding at SeaWorld in a frightening moment caught on camera by her father (Video)

Homeland security has updated their classification of terrorists to include:

Anyone that defends a dolphin's biting of a child.

First they film their child 3 inches from a dolphin. Then they allow that child to hold and wave around food for the animal. And while they are filming the incident they lie to the child in shock and tell the child while they film that they won't show anybody the film. Then they put it on YouTube for the world to see and prob contact Yahoo and different sites to promote their video as "news". Then they monetize the video thru Adsense thru YouTube.
If they create a lawsuit I am sure the defense should bring up at least some of the few factors that I listed and have the case thrown out for finding the victims actually "planned" for something like this to happen!

I feel bad for the victim but..
If I were a defense lawyer I would be all over these kinds of things.

SeaWorld is defending the actions of its employees in Orlando, Fla., after an 8-year-old girl from Georgia was injured by a dolphin.


Jillian Thomas of Alpharetta was participating in the feeding at the dolphin facility Nov. 21. When she held a paper fish container up so the dolphin could grab it, the animal lunged at her and bit her hand. Her father, Jamie Thomas, captured the attack on camera. The video shows the girl’s face contorting in pain as the dolphin briefly grabs her left hand.
Jillian suffered three puncture wounds, but her mother said she didn't think park employees took her injuries seriously.
In a statement, SeaWorld officials said they addressed the incident appropriately.
