Even if you don't think the world will end in a couple weeks, people are still going to flip out.
End of the world hysteria is spreading across the globe like wildfire.

Like this report out of Russia...

MOSCOW, December 3 (RIA Novosti) - A group of Russian politicians have urged national TV networks to show restraint in broadcasting material suggesting the end of the world is nigh, a deputy from Russia's LDPR party said on Monday.

According to an ancient Mayan calendar, December 21, 2012 marks the end of a 5125-year long cycle. Lurid articles have already started appearing in Russia's tabloid press speculating on the date's significance.

And this...

Inmates in a women’s prison near the Chinese border are said to have experienced a “collective mass psychosis” so intense that their wardens summoned a priest to calm them. In a factory town east of Moscow, panicked citizens stripped shelves of matches, kerosene, sugar and candles. A huge Mayan-style archway is being built — out of ice — on Karl Marx Street in Chelyabinsk in the south.

It's starting to spread, people.

Prepare now.

It's unfortunately sad, but true.

There are always certain groups of people who see anything out of the ordinary as being something that foreshadows doom. I'm thinking that the poster who mentioned suicides is right on, and it's already started to happen with a father planning to kill his family, if I'm remembering that right. I wish I could find the source for that, but I know there will be a group of people much like the Heaven's Gate cult who killed themselves with the appearance of the Hale-Bopp comet in 1996-1997.

I am preparing for "the worst" and hoping for "the best". I have prepared enough that pretty much anything (except for a ELE of some sort) can happen and I'll be just fine for a few months.

Do you think it's ill-advised to have 3 days (or more) of food and water in your house? Do you think it's ill-advised to have some form of protection for you and your family?

Do you *know* the future or is it uncertain? Bad things can AND do happen. To not prepare for the unknown is idiotic.

I don't know what's going to happen later this month. Neither do you. Neither does ANYONE. Most likely it will be nothing at all. If that's the case, I'll *still* be prepared JIC something bad (flood, hurracaine, etc) does happen later in life. Will you?

Its the end of this World (Age of Pisces) and the beginning of the next World (Age of Aquarious/the Water Bringer) it'll be a "New Age" if you will.

New Orleans, Sandy, Sunami in Japan & the Indian Ocean are just the beginning. Our present modern systems, laws, commerce, civilization as a whole, will have to be started anew. Between now and then will be a bitch to deal with.

There will be those trying to hang-on to the old ways of the Pisces Age just as when Moses came down from the mountain top to find his people worshiping the Golden Calf. He scolded them for this because that was the symbol of the Age that had just passed.

There will be those folks still living in the past Age and fighting any change tooth and nail, no doubt. Most of us will not miss war & strife however. If you think our systems of Laws and Governments, Commerce etc. are equatable and fair then you'll fight to keep it in place I assume. Either way, it'll still be the Age of Aquarious for the next 5200 years..

I did some work for a guy that totally fell into the Y2K hysteria. He was (is) very well to do and could afford significant preps.

This time around he's already prepared...nothing to do by wait.
