Any state that gets freezing cold would be bad with no power or food, or the ablility to grow food year round.

I'm in the middle of nowhere so, I think that would be ideal, but there are other places I think would be even better. Kansas has a lot of open land, but I'd hate to be stuck there in the spring.

It would have to be the highest population to land mass. As easy as it would be to assume NY, CA, or IL for their huge cities, they also have large rural areas that nobody every talks about. States like MA and NJ on the other hand are seriously screwed because you just can't get far enough away from their major populations without being in another state.

Colorado - I wouldn't want to be anywhere near Denver.

I think that anywhere on the mainland is screwed. Hawaii is the best place, in my opinion. We have food growing all over the place, even high on the mountain. Hopefully I'll get the heads up on GLP and be able to make it up to the mountain before the wave hits. Even if we are cutoff from the US, we are an island state that can support itself.

You left out Massachusetts, Floriduh, Arizona (imagine no air conditioning), etc...

The safest place to live would be Alaska, because of the remoteness. Coastal Alaska during the winter. Interior during the summer.

But it obviously presents it's OWN set of problems. You better have PLENTY of wood for heat, and other critical supplies.

In the lower 48, I have m opinion on the safest places to live, but I live in one of them, and don't want pinheads flooding in here, so I'll leave it at that.

They're coming all right. I went to check it out. Two hour wait for the first few days it opened and parking lots full of CA. license plates. It was shocking. But I used the trick I learned at disneyland as a young lad. Always move opposite of the crowd.

TSHTF won't happen, that is unless a meteor or something hits Earth, and the odds of that are slim to none. Despite what you retards might think, our world is in a much better standing then it has ever been. We've gone over 50 years without a major war, regional conflicts are minimal, and economic worries are nothing more then fantasies to make people spend more money. The chances for a major war are FAR away. We're not even at 10% of the tension as we were in the Cold War and we still didn't go to war.

Living your life around something that will most likely never happen is a fucking train wreck of a way to live. Ignore the bull shit or use it for entertainment, but don't live by it. These people on here are pure idiots, it's like taking advice from people in a retard asylum if you really buy into 99% of the junk on here.
